I leased this place for my parents when they visited for my graduation in mid-May 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! The listing photos and description were 100% accurate – a rare find! Though small, the space was incredibly comfy, clean, and well-equipped, making my parents feel right at home. Our host, Debra, was wonderful. She was so outgoing and welcoming, even sharing her homegrown veggies and recommending fantastic local Mexican restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

House is huge and well stocked with amenities. We have a big family and it was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, affordable, and we had a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Darby's upper cabin. It is at the very end of a curvy road and so feels quite secluded, surrounded by lovely pine trees. There is a walking path a few hundred yards from the foot of the driveway. The porch (there are 2) by the entrance looks that way so all you see is forest and the occasional parked car for the trail. The cabin is cozy and rustic; somewhere you can relax and feel at home. The skylights over the bed allow you to see the stars before you sleep and provide lovely warmth in the daytime. The bed linens had a nice feel and there are masses of blankets and extra pillows. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked with all necessary kitchen implements. The couch is comfy. The windows can be opened to provide a lovely breeze throughout the entire cabin. Darby's instructions were perfectly clear. You can walk (downhill slightly) to the main street of Summerhaven and drive to the ski lift. We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this place a few times now and have never been let down. I noticed a deep clean has recently been done in the bathrooms. They were spotless! Location is very walkable with many food options close-by. The highlight for me is the living room view & balcony.

Loved the small gathering place in the back yard. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Angie and her business partner were both very prompt in responding to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay.

You will not be disappointed. We were in town for our Daughter’s graduation from the University of Arizona. The home was clean, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was also very easy to get to, with convenient access to Tucson and the University. The space is especially kid-friendly, with thoughtful amenities that made it comfortable for our whole family. The pool was a highlight—clean, safe, and a great way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, it was a perfect spot for both relaxation and celebration. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a welcoming place in the Oro Valley area.

We picked this house because of the pictures and the view. It definitely did not disappoint. The house and back yard were beautiful and comfortable. Gina was very responsive to a couple issues. We enjoyed talking with her and getting a list of good local restaurants. We would definitely consider coming back.

We were evacuated because of fire and needed a place to go with our pets at the last minute. The host was responsive and we were able to stay easily and quickly. It was easy to find and access. The house was clean and comfortable and we were able to relax. large rooms and big back yard for 🐕 to roam after a scary day. Thank you!

This place was lovely! Was perfect for us. We had our bikes and loved being so close the loop. Gave us easy access to anywhere we wanted to go.. not much walking distance except barista del barrio which was great coffee spot couple doors down.. would def revisit this air bnb!

Clay was an exceptional host. He helped us out tremendously. The property exceeded our expectations. Property and location are perfect. Thankful to have been able to stay at one of Clay’s properties. Anna was very responsive and helpful in getting my elderly mom set up with her internet tv . She came by to ensure this was done immediately. We were happy with our over all stay. Her instructions were very clear as well

This is our second stay in Ronald's place. Love the location the walking paths near by and how views. Ronald is proactive and responsive. It was nice having the pool, fitness area and barbeques available. Will likely stay again sometime in the future.

I had the pleasure of staying at Darrel's condo this weekend, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! When in Oro Valley, a must stay place! Rita's condo is very comfortable, clean, and in a quiet, peaceful community. Honestly, one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed.
