In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. Diverse, varied hikes and mountain bike tours can be made directly from the farm or in the immediate vicinity. Premium and gourmet hiking trails invite you to tours in the region. Welcome to our lovingly and comfortably furnished Zwergenstübchen. The vacation home is idyllically located next to our typical Black Forest half-timbered house surrounded by forest and meadows. At an altitude of 680 m and away from the urban jungle and any everyday hustle and bustle, you can enjoy nature or discover it on your own. Explore local hiking trails or discover the Black Forest and the nearby mountain bike trail by bike.

Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.

Our cottage is ideal as a starting point for hikes and as a vacation home for families with one to two children. The balcony and spacious living room offer plenty of light and panoramic views over the valley. The overgrown garden is almost adjacent to the edge of the forest, and the nearest hiking trail is less than a hundred meters away.

It is a quiet attached apartment with 45 m2 in our house. They have their own entrance, so they are undisturbed. The apartment is surrounded by vineyards. The nearest shopping area is a 5-minute walk away. They can park right in front of the house. It is 2.7 km to Bühl and 10 km to Baden-Baden.
