Charming duplex (60 m2 Carrez law, 90 m2 on the ground), in a listed building located two minutes from the cathedral (view of the cathedral from the living room and one of the bedrooms). Bright apartment, very well equipped, located on the 4th floor without elevator access, dual-aspect and offering an unobstructed view. This is a pied-à-terre bought on a whim and completely renovated, which we rent when we are not occupying it. We hope you feel as good as we do!

The adjacent meadows and forests invite you to take small and large walks. Charming duplex in our converted tobacco dryer converted into a home. It has a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed upstairs and a mezzanine with two single beds. Enjoy a comfortable and bright space with an open equipped kitchen. Our village, between Strasbourg and Colmar, is close to Germany, 10 minutes from Europa-Park, the many Alsatian Christmas markets and Haut-Koenigsbourg.

Hunde sind willkommen, wir berechnen 25 Euro pro Hund .Die Gemeinde erhebt Kurtaxe von 2,50 Euro ab 16 Jahren, diese muss vor Ort in bezahlt werden.
