Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. Diverse, varied hikes and mountain bike tours can be made directly from the farm or in the immediate vicinity. Premium and gourmet hiking trails invite you to tours in the region. This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

The cozy 42 sqm duplex apartment for 2 adults has an alcove bedroom, which can be reached via a wooden staircase. Outside there is a covered seating area with beautiful views of the Sulzbach Valley. The cozy wellness area can be used daily.
