Owner was very helpful, flexible, gave a us good recommendations. House was very nice, clean, cozy, equipped with entertainments for both adults and children. Suitable for families, couples and party groups. We would definitely go back to the same house if we travel to Zadar again.

We stayed with 11 people in the villa and lived a supermoto vacation for 1 week. It was the hottest time ever. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Field Hill. Everything was very lovely. The host was super responsive, and very fast to answer any questions. She even brought us fresh grown vegetables during our stay. A really great experience.

The entire property is absolutely beautiful. The house features a modern design, and the cleanliness is impeccable both inside and in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the three bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom. The pool is large enough for both swimming and playing various ball games (we were 9 adults and one child). We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious figs in the garden, and the pomegranates were ripening nicely. The area is very quiet, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a genuine pleasure to meet them.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

Everything was great, the house was superbe and very clean. The host showed great hospitality and they were really nice. You can reach the beach by foot and Zadar is only a 20 min car ride away. The only minor thing is that there was some construction work done right beside the house, so the noise can be slightly disturbing.

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice, modern and well-equipped vacation home in Ražanac. The place was clean, relatively new and in good condition overall. The garden is also very nice and well maintained with a large grill with wood and charcoal available. The pool was always clean thanks to the cover and can also be heated on request, which fortunately was not necessary during our stay. The hosts were always friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. The arrival was particularly warm, as we were greeted with cake and a cheese and sausage platter – a very nice gesture! Communication took place in English without any problems. The location of the house is also very good: it is quiet, easily accessible, a supermarket is nearby and the small city center with some restaurants is within walking distance. We can recommend this cottage without reservation!

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

Just Wow! Our first impression of the house and it continued. The house is very nicely decorated and superbly decorated. Kitchen accessories of all kinds, shower/towels etc. all available! (Except wifi; was not always and available in all rooms) Each bedroom with air conditioning and cozily furnished, with its own bathroom. In the basement a fitness area, better than in some hotels. The (partly video monitored) outdoor area also offers everything you need! Space in the shade, loungers, showers and access directly to the sea. Water shoes are highly recommended here, as it goes rocky into the sea (which could also be difficult for non-swimmers and children, depending on the waves.) The pool can't be used, but that's not bad if you don't expect one from the start. Our highlight was to be able to watch dolphins 2 times with a direct view of the sea from the living room and also sleeping (straight from bed)! We recommend the house!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

Very good location, not far from the sea, close to shops and restaurants. The place is clean and tidy. Very good approach to guests, quick help and good contact.

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

This is an absolutely fantastic villa which is in a beautiful location which is close to the beach and a few restaurants. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool is amazing! The host was great at communicating. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time here. We would definitely come again, maybe when it's warmer, so we can use the pool more often, as the water was too cold for us. Overall, there is everything you need in the accommodation, you feel at home ☺️
