Green oasis in the centre of the town. Garden with fruits and vegetables that you can eat. Very quiet and peacefull and it's only a 7 minutes walk to the city center. Also a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. Jogging track, workout spots and an olympic swimming pool are 100 metres away. There is also a park with a creek and playground for kids. The appartment is a 5 minute walk to the sea. Shopping centers are in the area as well. You have a private parking place in the garden.

The house is situated on Borik (Puntamika) - touristic part of Zadar, with all belonging contents. Hotels with tennis and volley on the sand courts , possibility for rent-a-car or bike. There are three beaches close by that you can go to. They are cca 150 - 250m from the house. One of them is sand beach and the other two with tiny stones - easy to walk in the sea. Each of them has the place where you can sit and enjoy food and drinks.

Ivan kindly welcomed us at 12 PM, as our plane landed in Zadar around 8 AM. As a welcome gift, there was a bottle of homemade apple juice and wine. The place was as described in the ad, the parking space was large enough for our rented Fiat 500 (larger cars also have space). Ivan even provided us with cooling pads and a beach umbrella on request. We are completely satisfied, can recommend this place to anyone and will be happy to come back any time :)

Nikolina was a very friendly host. She welcomed us and gave a tour of the appartment. The room was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The area is very calm. The town is too far to walk, so it would be recommended to have a car. It is a small 10 minute drive to the town. Parking at the appartment of Nikolina was very easy. Would stay there again if I was back in Zadar.

We were superbly received by Robert's family who live in the lower apartment and Robert also told us about excursion destinations that can be visited. The apartment was clean and already air-conditioned so that it was already cooler in the apartment. The kitchen is a bit small but not relevant for us as we always ate in the restaurant There are 3 rooms 2 rooms are equipped with double beds and each has a wardrobe The 3rd room is a little small. There is a couch in there that you can pull out. The Wi-Fi is a bit bad as it quickly becomes overloaded and slow, but still completely sufficient PS: The last step of the stairs is a little higher so easy to trip over :) I would recommend the apartment as everyone has their retreat and from there it is 10 minutes to the beach and a small ice cream shop is nearby.

The apartment is really beautiful und cozy furnished. It has enough room for everything you need and a great kitchen. All beds are comfortable and the two fully equipped bathrooms are handy as well. Included is a small but very green terrace, with a lot of opportunity for shadow. There is always a bit of wind, so really comfortable to sit outside. You can close it off completely by closing the gates, so you can let your (small) kids play outside by themselves. It is shielded from the eyes of pedestrians by a wall of plants. The house is located in a calm and small street with a low amount of traffic and practically no foot traffic. Included is a great parking space, secluded from the street with a bit of shadow. The host is extremely friendly and heartful. We felt very welcome and our kids did too. We got a lot of tips for the area, like places to eat, shop and great unknown beaches. We had a great time in Zadar and can 100% recommend this apartment, especially with kids.

We stayed for one week at the apartment from Korana and her sister. it's small, however it had everything and you live mostly outside. the bathroom was perfect. The sea is a 2 min walk, and the supermarket 3 (bigger supermarket 10m by car) It has a local pub around the corner. Diklo is a lovely suburban part of zadar. nice, clean, friendly neigbourhood. You can easily take the bus to zadar or a taxi. I would recommend the stay at Korana and her sister.

Everything tiptop for a short stay in Zadar. The room was very clean and tidy, the neighborhood quiet and private. But you should know that the entrance goes over the terrace and there is no real front door. Through trees and a garden you have enough privacy, but with a longer stay this may have bothered us. But for one night, that was absolutely no problem. There are also shutters with which you can darken the windows. :)
