Hello from Zadar. We are offering you small apartment with one sleeping room, and also dining room with bathroom. There is also a parking lot and barbecue. This apartment will be ideal for couples, friends, everyone who can afford 25 to 30 minutes of walking to the old town and the closest beach. Apartment is on calm location near ŠC Višnjik. In our apartment you can see my drawings that cover different art topics and are made in different techniques (pencil, ballpoint pen, watercolors)

Also a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. Jogging track, workout spots and an olympic swimming pool are 100 metres away. There is also a park with a creek and playground for kids. The appartment is a 5 minute walk to the sea. Shopping centers are in the area as well. You have a private parking place in the garden.
