Welcome to our townhouse on Canandaigua lake. 3 stories with a full kitchen, a family room downstairs and a balcony overlooking the lake. In our updated townhome, you will have plenty of space and a great view. Oh and let's not leave out access to the private beach on weekdays in the summer and the easy 10 minute drive to Bristol Mountain ski resort in the winter. Our townhouse is part of the beautiful Bristol Harbor community and is authorized by the town of South Bristol, permit 2024-0000
