Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. Rental contract is provided for this stay.

The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
