This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Grandma's Cottage

This cottage has 2 bedrooms w/2 full size beds, a screened front porch with table/chairs. There is a full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, table and chairs. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. There is an outdoor firepit, and we provide the firewood. The 100 ft. lake frontage is a short walk through a forever park which is right next door to the cottage. The cottage is close to wine trails, fine dining, boating, fishing, hiking and CMAC Performing Arts Center.
