Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. Simply kick back and relax in the cutest lakeside cottage on Honeoye Lake! You can see large mouth bass swimming right by the shoreline. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about!
