Apartment vacation rentals in Onrus River

It's was lovely staying at Luzbe's apartment. It is within walking distance of the centre of Hermanus and all the shops and restaurants. I would recommend it. It is also very clean and spacious. A great stay.

Our stay at Annie's place was a delight. Annie took great care in the detail of little things, she supplied basics that we have never found anywhere else. The helper was a treat and surprised us by washing my laundry without asking. She did a great job and it was beautifully washed and smelled amazing afterwards. Thank you Annie for making our stay so pleasant! You are just fabulous.

We recently stayed at this stunning holiday accommodation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and a bonus was the spectacular sea view. We highly recommend this for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, tranquil setting with a host who goes above and beyond to make the stay a very pleasant experience.

Even though I only spent one night at Theresa’s place I loved it. It was cosy and comfortable and must more spacious than expected. It was also conveniently located close to town and great restaurants .

Beautiful and peaceful unit in Onrus, Hermanus. Well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Impressively upmarket and good value for money. Tanya was helpful and responsive, an overall fantastic host.

The house was perfect for us. In a quiet area, well equipped and in good condition. Hermanus is very nice town, well worth a visit. Our host was superb. We had to make some last minute changes to our booking concerning dates and our host could not have been more helpful. It really was a 5 star response in every way.

Very gracious and friendly...always communicated before and throughout the stay. Accommodation was peaceful and really felt like home away from home. beautiful and convenient with all amenities very accessible and nearby whether via car or on foot. Beautiful garden scenery made it serene for our stay. Most definitely going back.

I spent one night in this lovely 1 bed. Off-street secure parking and separate entrance. The flat is stunning. The decor is so tasteful with lots of really lovely little touches. The bed was super comfy. I will stay again on my next trip to Betty’s Bay. It’s a must. Thanks Peter and Belinda for being so lovely.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr höflich und sorgt dafür, dass der andere Aufenthalt absolut perfekt ist. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und die Lage perfekt. Es gibt eine Broschüre mit Tipps für Aktivitäten, Restaurants, etc. Wir waren 2 Nächte hier bezüglich der Garden Route und können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen, wer selbiges vorhat. Definitiv kommen wir wieder, wenn wir Südafrika erneut bereisen! Stefenie, danke für alles!

Michelle is the best host, she had clear instructions with how to check-in as well as checking out. We didn’t have to buy much household items because she had most that we could use. She was very responsive to every text we sent. My boyfriend and I wanted to stay one last night, it was very hard to leave. We’ll be back soon, Michelle. Thank you! ✨

We loved the great apartment with the big glass windows and the terrace. The view on the ocean is stunning and you have direct beach access. Communication and check in was super easy, everything was clean so we definitely would come back again.

The place was great even our host were too friendly , the environment was friendly and peacefully definitely recommended for other people❤❤

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Simone and Arno’s place. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly and responsive. Simone gave us a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through everything, which was super helpful. The place itself is beautiful—neat, tidy, and thoughtfully set up. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and we really appreciated Arno going the extra mile to set it up. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic— close to the beach and close to food stores, yet still so peaceful and quiet. It truly felt like a getaway. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

If the place is not for 6. I feel the description on the advert should change the actual required which is 4 and mention that the addition two will be asked to pay an additional amount. However the place is beautiful, very clean and the is filled with all the amenities needed in a house hold. It was a lovely stay and will surely come back.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Access to the pool above was great and the view from the pool and from the balconies of the apartment was spectacular. Great to just sit there and relax. Would stay there again. Access to beach and surroundings is easy and the parking garage worked out well. Even had a small elevator to avoid three flights or steps!

We had a great stay. The house is perfect for Airbnb, well equipped, comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s super close to the beach.

Esti’s place was immaculate! Very communicative host and serene surroundings. Close by amazing local shops and eateries. The braai options with all needed utensils were great and the soak tubs were an epic plus.

I traveled with my 76 year old mom and sister both of whom are very picky and clean (as am I) to visit friends in the Cape Town area. We chose Hester’s place because of the area, proximity to the beach, size of property, because we needed 2 bathrooms, and obviously value for our money. All boxes were checked. However, when we got to the property, and met Hester, we were given a tour of the property and immediately felt like we were family. We really appreciated all the basics, including shampoo, body wash, cream, coffee, sugar, milk and even half dozen fresh eggs laid by her very friendly chickens. We really enjoyed our stay and my mom’s main comment was always how much she felt at home. I would have liked to spend more time getting to know Hester and her husband better but we had a busy schedule. We’re planning on coming back with the rest of the family next year.
