The apartment is situated in a quit area not far from the city centre by car. The appartment is on the 1st floor and therefore light with a view on the Pyrenees.

The accommodation is as described...the great plus is the very well appointed exterior. Otherwise all the necessities are present which is very pleasant upon arrival. Philippe is very friendly and discreet .

Great stay! Maider's apartment is very cute, cozy, well arranged and super clean! The location is ideal, 10/15 min from the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz on foot, while being quiet! Big plus, the bed is ULTRA comfortable! Everything is great!

We had a really nice family holiday at Annie's place. The house and town are perfect for hiking in the area and short day trips to e.g. San Sebastian and to the sea. We've enjoyed it a lot.

House in the middle of the forest. Very nice decoration and painting from the owner. Very well-equipped house, in the middle of a very large garden, outdoor shower, trampoline, many tables and chairs to be outside and very nice living room. Good bedding, functional kitchen. For those looking for calm, an experience in the middle of the forest, this house is perfect.

Laurent is responsive and his information is clear. The house is old, comfortable but cold upon arrival. You can hear the noise of traffic in bedroom 2 especially since a sewer is right in front of the window. It should also be noted that there is no electric car charging station as indicated in the list of amenities at the time of our reservation. But there is a public kiosk on a parking lot a few minutes walk from the house.

A week to disconnect in the pine trees , a accommodation with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sun , barbecue for meals , in short we took advantage of the location, close to amenities , everything can be done by bike ... attentive hosts, do not hesitate... Access to the Great Beach is direct, which is really a plus! Another plus: surfboards and bodyboards available. We had a great stay in Laurent's studio: everything is perfect, whether it's the bedding, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace. We felt good right away. Laurent is a very responsive and very welcoming host (thank you for the very welcome cold drinks when we arrived on a hot day...). The location of the accommodation is perfect: beaches, Port de Soccoa, restaurants, shops. Everything at the foot of the accommodation. For those who would worry about a lack of private parking, we found free spaces without any problem at any time of the day in the middle of August. A big thank you to Laurent for offering such a nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.
