Independent 50 m² loft, fully equipped and refurbished, in an oriental style, with a sleeping area with a king-size canopy bed, a bathroom with large shower cabin and separate toilet. The main living/dining room overlooks your covered terrace and then directly onto the pool. View of the large oaks surrounding the property and the surrounding hills. Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.

This house is ideal for 3 couples and 4 children (Max). Guests will have an outdoor table, chairs and deckchairs, umbrellas and garden furniture. BBQ. With its own small vegetable garden where you can help yourself to tomatoes, zucchini, salads and herbs.
