Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Omachi

We had a great stay at Omusubi. Ryuichi, as everyone else mentioned, is such a helpful and kind host who greeted us personally. He gave us great recommendations and is always responsive when we had questions. The place is a walk away from Cortina and a few mins drive from Norikura, so convenient for skiing. The whole unit is clean and spacious, and the heating is great! The only slightly downside is that the soundproofing isn’t so great, so you’d hear sounds from the next room and outside if there is significant noise. Thankfully the area doesn’t seem to be noisy so we weren’t too affected. Overall it is still an excellent option for the Hakuba area!

Greg was such a helpful host, the location of the property was great and having a car was such a game changer for exploring the area. For 4 of us the room was fine and had everything we need. Will definitely be back!

Great place. The room is in a cabin that’s part of a larger resort. Super friendly staff. Clean room. No air conditioning but the temperatures in the mountain are moderate so didn’t need it.

From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The kitchen/ living space was fantastic!! Also the bath! Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

Great place to stay with a great host!

Greg's place was wonderful :) It is conveniently located near the train station, and the space is really spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

A beautiful Airbnb located in the heart of Echoland, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The unit itself is very cosy and warm, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the automatic bath tub which was great after a long day of snowboarding. As an added bonus, the food downstairs at Hakuba Shokudou and Berbies was excellent, so we had a few late night snacks there. All in all, we would love to be back again next snow season in Hakuba!

1. David provides you with all the information you could possibly need for a visit to Hakuba. He was amazingly quick in answering my questions. 2. The location of the suite is walkable, in your ski boots, to the buses that run to the resorts. The suites are located down a quiet side street. 3. The bar is delightful. I was worried that it might be loud/boisterous - but it was not at all. The bar staff are very charming. 4. The ski closet is heated, so leaving your boots overnight is not an issue. 5. As a family of 4, we had more than enough room. Our suite was very comfortable. The showers are fantastic. David provides a binder which answers the frequently asked questions. Figuring out the heating system was not an issue.

A spacious & beautiful house. Bring a large group! We enjoyed playing in the snow outside, and short walk or drive to the Monkey Park. The house was spotless, and very comfortable.

There was a convenience store and a supermarket just a short drive away, so the location was good and the view was good.The host was also very polite and I felt safe. It was a comfortable space with eucalyptus grass and a variety of games in the room, making it a pleasant place to stay. I went on a snowboarding trip with my friends, but I had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was virtually on the main street of Echoland without being on it which meant cafes, restaurants and shuttle buses (during winter season) pretty much at your door step. Beautiful mountain views from the place. The kitchen was the best we have used during our whole Japan trip. Utensils, plates, cups etc well stocked. They had filter coffee making capabilities (and a machine!) Showers all had in built seats (great for those not steady on your feet). We loved the jets built into the bathtub. My only trouble with the place was I had an almost 2 year old toddler and the stairs up to the place didn't have any railings on one side so she could easily fall to the ground (1.5m) and there was no door to stop her accessing the stairs, so we needed to constantly keep an eye on her. The furniture, etc felt high quality and designer (solid wood, not your average IKEA fitout). Beds comfortable. Heating g Would recommend!!

This time, six of us stayed for work. I think everyone was highly satisfied because the house was clean and had a nice atmosphere where everyone could relax. I would like to take care of you again if I have a chance. Thank you. See you soon!

I used it for a ski trip with friends.We had a very enjoyable and fulfilling time thanks to the host's dedicated preparation. It was especially helpful because I had an elementary school child, and I was able to let them play with the many toys provided in the room the whole time. They spoke directly to me when I checked in and checked out, and handled things very politely. Thanks to you, we were able to make unforgettable wonderful memories.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance, and I'd like to recommend it to other friends. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean, a really good size, everything we needed - and more. Mas helped us with very useful suggestions and was always very fast to respond to any questions. A great location as well. A big thumbs up from us .

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! We were so grateful for Toshi and Hiromi’s gracious hospitality, from picking us up at the train station to helpful suggestions for hiking trails nearby, places to explore and eat, and enjoy all Nagano has to offer. Their place is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of so much to do. We only wish we had planned to stay longer. We will definitely stay with Hiromi and Toshi on our next visit to Nagano.

Shuttle service available during working hours for check-in and check-out. Amenities in the house are very good. House is warm enough for us. Generally enough space for 6 people. Kitchen has salt and pepper. Knives weren’t sharp and no kitchen scissors. Great that there is dishwasher available. Location is near to different slopes within 10mins drive, be sure to get 4WD/AWD car during winter. Things to note: entrance is hard to find during winter and at night, entrance is narrow hence requires experienced driver. Hot water may not be enough for 6people to shower one after the other, 5th/6th person might not have enough hot water to shower. Need to use the panel in the living room to “add hot water” and wait for the heater to load up with hot water, some of us end up bathing cold water half way through our showers.

Takeo was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. We spent three months in his house and it was worth every cent. Location was also fantastic.

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.

Wow! One of the best staying. The house is very clean and well built. Morino is very proactive and helpful. The house has everything. Washing machine is good for drying clothes well.

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.

I can’t hype this place up enough. Perfect homey hideaway, right next to sakka slopes!! After a recommendation of rental gear (5 minutes away) we just needed to gear up and cross the road to the ski lifts. Its such a flex to be able to just walk back across the road to a warm and homey villa. We can’t thank Yasue and her partner enough. We will be back!! Would love to hike this area in spring. It was purely magical in winter, and was lucky enough to see some snow monkeys too!! We loved Hakuba. Hopefully we can come when there are less tourists as they can be quite disrespectful. We hope we have made a good impression for you!! Thank you very much and can’t wait to be back!!
