Limited to one group per day, available for 2 to 6 people. We are renovating a 100-year-old traditional house. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. It is very convenient, but it is comfortable like returning to a peaceful country house. We will reduce the price for 5 or more people. Please ask me about any of these services. Our inn is a private rental traditional Japanese-style house with a popular BBQ [up to 9 people, limited to one group per day].The host DIY renovated it, but it is not suitable for those who want modern facilities and hotel-level comfort.Please be sure to review the following features and precautions before making a reservation.Please refrain from leaving reviews such as "the kitchen was cramped after use." If you are looking for a sparkling clean hotel, we strongly recommend that you use another accommodation facility to avoid any trouble.There are no amenities such as toothbrushes. There is 1 toilet in the room and 1 outside.Please note that the outdoor toilet is shared with another private rental inn on the property.The kitchen is also compact.Please be sure to check the posted photos and floor plan in advance, and make a reservation only if you are satisfied. There are guests who repeatedly make last-minute reductions in the number of nights or significant changes to their reservations during the high season (New Year's, Golden Week, Obon, etc.), but this is a big blow to us as we are a small inn.Please make sure you have thoroughly checked your schedule and book for a date when you are certain you can come.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
