Thank you, Ergun, for a delightful stay! The self-contained unit was incredibly comfortable—so much so that we decided to extend our stay by another three nights. We recommend having a vehicle to explore the nearby areas, such as Ölüdeniz and Fethiye Beach. Other than that, the accommodation is perfect for couples. Highly recommended!

Staying at Mutlu's place was an absolute treat. Mutlu's hospitality was exceptional, thanks to his incredible kindness and willingness to help with any needs or issues. The staff take great care of the pool and grounds, keeping everything spotless and inviting. Mutlu's advice was invaluable, especially his insights on getting a car – a must-have. The stunning mountain views surrounding the property were breathtaking. Our stay happened to coincide with a week and a half of unexpected rain, making us wish we could've stayed longer to soak up the sunshine. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay feel cozy and relaxing. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the pool and sauna are fantastic. The area is very peaceful and private. The villa is very tastefully decorated with high end furnishings. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Mutlu for a superb stay.

Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. Very far from city center, so it is a good choice if you are staying longer than a day or two. The house is very small but perfect for a couple. Coffee maker, but no coffee, no drinking water, no tea bags. The roosters are LOUD and started crowing at 1:30 am! Ahmet. his mom and dad were very attentive to our needs.

place was nice, clean and enough rooms and beds. close to the beach and stores. we came while it was cold but in summer I am sure the pool will add extra enjoyment. communication was quick and instructions clear. thanks for hosting us .

the host is very caring, not very close to the sea, but the house has everything you need. it's a good idea to take your suitcase and leave. Would I prefer it again? I would definitely think again.

One of my best experiences on Airbnb. I stayed there with my family of six and very happy with the location, facilities and the super responsive host. Husseyin, our host, was very kind and was available all the time. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling with family or friends and need space. It's just a few minutes drive to Ölüdeniz beach. We would book this place again.

Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Ece's place was friendly and welcoming. She was always there to help when needed. Nice place for the price it is charged. It's close to many local shops and the beach.

Mr. Sinan greeted us at the entrance, the🙏 place was perfectly clean, 🌸🌸 we felt like we were at home, everything was thought out to the finest detail in the villa. I loved the decoration, 👌especially the wallpapers on the room walls added color to the natural structure of the place. The neighborhood where the villa is located is in nature, in a place where you wake up with the sounds of birds in the morning, they 🐦‍⬛🦋 also started to offer a new facility on the day we went. There is a new restaurant in the place and breakfast services are available. The village breakfast was amazing, we have not had such a nice and organic breakfast for Mr. 🤌🤌 Sinan, I would recommend it to all travel lovers ✅️

The location of the house was beautiful. They were clear and hungry for the questions I asked before booking. The location of the villa was perfect for access everywhere. The villa is the same as the photo, If you want to spend a peaceful holiday, it is the right choice. We were very satisfied, would recommend to everyone

Thank you so much to Ms. Naciye for sharing her really stylish and useful house with us. Our house was really like the home of someone we know, away from commercial activity. Everything was sparkling clean including the drawers. He understood our later guests, which were considered to be Emrivaki, and we did not lack the slightest. The location was great, you go to the beach in 7 minutes by car, you can get to the markets for 2-3 minutes. It was a great house, away from the humidity, away from the noise of the city, but right next to it, I would like to share that there are breaks on the internet regionally. If I go again, I will definitely not look for a house, thank you so much Ms. Naciye.

The pool, garden, linens were all clean. There was enough space in the garden to play ball. There was nothing to disturb, disrupt privacy. The host called on the second day and asked if we needed anything We also watched the derby in this house and it was lucky for us:) Champion GALATASARAY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent villa - great swimming pool and location. WiFi a bit hit and miss and slow due to location which you can get around with using 4G, other than that really nice place. Ideally located and really private

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

Wonderful and stylish place. We had a good time and felt at home. Ilk Ay is an excellent, polite and accommodating host. The surroundings are a little noisy, but bearable with the window closed. It had everything we needed.

Mr. Cenk and his wife, Ms. Müge, were very caring, polite hosts. The house was very tastefully furnished, all the needs were considered and immaculate. The pool and garden were cleaned every morning by Mr. Cenk. The location of the house is great, there is a grocery store and greengrocer right across. There's a place to eat and breakfast next door. Fethiye center takes 20 minutes by car. They told us nicely about the places to visit and swim in the sea. We had a great seven days. Thanks for everything.

We had a great couple of days at the villa with the Coşkun family. The house has everything you need for your stay. The villa is absolutely new. Great pool, barbecue, clean showers. The hosts are very responsive, nice people. We asked for early check-in and everything was ready. They helped us a lot with transport when visiting the neighborhood. We will definitely visit this villa on our next visit.

The stay we made in March 2025 as a family was very peaceful. The garden forehead and the tiny park put in our baby were very enjoyable. We would like to thank Ms. Aybüke and Mr. Turgay for their hospitality. Since the weather was bad, the extra helpfulness they offered was also very valuable to us.
