This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

Ms. Merve was very helpful and friendly. She was helpful with everything. The house was clean and useful. It was a very satisfied stay. Highly recommend.

A great apartment with loads of good places to eat nearby. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. My daughter swam in the pool!

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

We checked into a very stylish and immaculate house with a warm welcome. It was quite stylish, and convenient in the garden as much as the inside of the house. It was not bad to enjoy a hammock after swimming in your pool among the trees. The 😊house has everything you need. In terms of location, you can reach the shores of Fethiye and Oludeniz within 15 20 minutes by car. You can book your reservation with peace of mind and have a comfortable holiday. We visited in early April so the weather was mild but we made the most of the relatively short walk to some of what Fethiye has to offer: The Rock Tombs are a must! 1000’s of years old, carved into the rock-face. The old town was amazing too, spices and tea and Turkish Delight. There are beautiful, healthy cats, loved by the locals, happy to give you cuddles all along the seafront. The bars and restaurants, serving beautiful and affordable dishes are welcoming and staff friendly. We would return to the villa happy and full, to relax in our private little haven. On the warmer days we loved lounging by the pool or in the swinging love-seat. The villa is so well equipped - I loved picking up fresh, local produce and cooking it in the superbly equipped kitchen! - It had more crockery that I have at home! - Ensure to ask for the actual location - the listing info takes you a very long way from the actual villa. Tips for English visitors: Bring a fire-stick -( Dil’ changes language) LOVE

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

Great place to stay. Clean and nice looking. Kitchen has all stuff for cooking. Internet is good for working from home.

Ahmet was great host. he could not do enough for us if we asked. Everything was easy to get to and help at hand if needed. Shops close and facilities were great to use. Pool was a great extra and host very accommodating when we had a late flight home. definitely recommend and will be back 👌 Thank you for everything

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

We stayed for one night. Mr. Ismail was very interested. Clean, decent place.

I wanted a place that was calm,quiet but also close to the sea. The place was definitely the place I wanted. Since we went with our own vehicle, it was very simple to go to shopping places, beaches, Kalkan. The house was very clean, thank you very much about this, also thank you very much for this. We would have had a mosquito problem during our holidays in the future, but this year we did not have it and it was very nice. The items in the house were sufficient and clean. It was a subtle behavior that they had detergent for the dishwasher. We had a very enjoyable holiday for 10 days. We would definitely come back if we wanted to have a holiday again.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)
