We had a great stay. The house was in the same photos. Bathroom, kitchen, kitchen items, beds, towels were spotless. We felt like home. The pool was quite large and cleaned every day. We felt very comfortable in terms of privacy. The garden was very pleasant. Mr. Kerem welcomed us very warmly and helped with everything. Thank you so much and would recommend 100/100 to anyone who wants to stay

What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. It was calm and peaceful compared to the center. The overwhelming temperature when you go down to the center is not living in the location of the house. The house is the same as in the visuals. It was very comfortable and comfortable. The size of the pool was also very good. As 6 adults and 3 children, it was a stay where we were very comfortable and able to have fun. An idyllic villa in complete peace. We stayed here for 3 months in winter and it brought us exactly what we went for, peace, calm and beautiful nature surroundings. The villa is huge, the pool we didn’t use as it was winter but the pool views and pool area is lovely. The house has everything you need, we did however need to buy duvets and bedding as these weren’t provided. As we went in winter we had an issue with the hot water for around 3 weeks but it was later fixed. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Asim who is always available for anything you need. The village itself is small but sufficient for small food shops, rotisserie chicken, drinks etc. Fethiye town centre is approx 20 mins drive so not far at all and we preferred to live outside of the busy town. All in all, if you or your family are looking for a place to stay, I’d highly recommend this villa. We had a great time here and will definitely come back one day! :)

Perfect stay perfect host and perfect experience. Cannot fault it one bit, Alpcan was extremely helpful, first night of check in we arrived approx 3am and couldn’t get into the property with the keys so I called Alpcan and even though it was late he answered and talked me through everything. He catered to our needs and was extremely professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a private, quiet, and romantic get away with amazing views. Definitely coming back. Make sure you have a car or transport means as it’s approx 40 mins away from Ölüdeniz and Fethiye central, other than that, food spots and all else is pretty much 15 min away and local village is about 2 minute drive away from the property.

We stayed as two families on August 2024, Derek was waiting for us when we reached the house at the check-in time. We entered the house together and it was the house. For guests who don't speak English, communication can be a little difficult because Derek speaks English, there are no Turkish interpreters, but it can be solved using traslete. The house is much wider than it looks in the photos, very successful in terms of cleanliness, there are two kitchens with enough kitchen utensils. On the ground floor and on the pool floor, the garden of the villa is very spacious, there is a barbecue, the garden of the villa was very clean. when we went, the grass was not mowed while we were there, the process was done by asking if we would be uncomfortable. the bedrooms in the house are quite spacious, the beds and comfortable linens were clean. There are two refrigerator cabinets, this is a very comfortable situation, we put the usual daily supplies in one of the materials that take up a lot of space such as water melons and watermelon, and we always had cold water and food. the internet is seriously problematic, and we had no problems other than that.
