Very good stay in this accommodation in the middle of the countryside, close to the sea, a 15-min drive from the Pointe d 'Arcay and the point de l' Aiguillon or the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer. A big thank you to Guylaine and René who rented us their beautiful house with confidence. Their welcome, although on the phone, then that of Liliane, the neighbor opposite, was well appreciated. We had delayed our arrival by a day to enjoy a family event thanks to their flexibility. The house is as described. It is really very well equipped inside and out. If you have animals, the fence is reassuring. I do not recommend just for those who have dogs barking because the proximity to un understanding neighbors could create disturbances for them. Unfortunately, that was the case for us. Our old dog had health problems that didn't allow us to bring him in. He barked sometimes. The neighbor showed his anger without any diplomacy. So, I decided to leave reluctantly earlier than expected but the owners had nothing to do with it. My spouse and her son ended the stay delighted. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. Great location, close to the beach. The accommodation is functional and well-equipped. Only downside: little outdoor furniture is available.

Very satisfied with my stay mainly based on walking by the sea with my two dogs. Accommodation near the beach, I couldn't have hoped for better, we spent our days there. Very suitable accommodation in a quiet location and very good hosting on arrival. I would highly recommend this place personally. I will come back again. spacious house in a quiet area about 10 minute walk from town centre. the town is lovely with some excellent bars and restaurants. the beach is huge and perfect for families.

Suffice to say this was absolutely perfect for us. Private. Small with a few other families. Clean. John and Liz so friendly and kind. We will be coming back!
