Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

Valérie was immediately very kind and offered us help with our arrival. She was pleasant, responsive and available to us. The apartment is rather well located, 5 min walk to the ferry to the port, 10 min walk to line B and 30 min walk to the city center. The place was spotless. A little small but more than enough for two. Everything was very clean and very well-equipped (there is even enough to eat seafood!). The stay went well and we recommend Valérie and her accommodation!

Great stay spent in a small, very well-appointed and very clean studio in a quiet place, close to everything. A big plus is the bikes provided that allow you to take beautiful walks (many very safe bike paths) Benoît is available and responsive.

A perfect weekend at this property near the Quais de la Chaume. We thank Jeremy for hosting us and for his flexibility as well as these tips on good restaurants. The accommodation is quiet, comfortable and clean. Matches photos. Parking space is a plus. Everything is within walking distance, the docks, the ports, the shuttle service to get to the center of Les Sables. A shuttle is also available. A perfect location for a weekend or vacation.😉

We had a great weekend, the apartment is extremely well located with beautiful sea views. 2 steps from the beach and shops. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the handover of the keys on departure.

Nicely equipped and spacious apartment. You didn't notice that it was below the street level. Unfortunately, there was a lot of road work so the otherwise good view was completely gone. The reception was personal and cordial. In short: Everything was fine.
