Vacation rentals with a patio in Olivos

La verdad que el apartamento estuvo impecable! super cómodo, lindo, limpio y con buenos servicios. Cuando detecté que no había un adaptador para los enchufes lo solucionaron rápidamente y sin problemas. Es una ubicación que a mi me gusta mucho, sobre una avenida (seguro y facil para conseguir taxis y uber) pero piso alto y muy tranquilo. Además muy cerca de buenos restaurantes, bares, y movida. Es fácil moverse hacia otras partes de la ciudad. Recomiendo muchísimo!

This place exceeded all my expectations! The apartment was excellent, and my favorite part was the private rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Awesome for sunbathing and relaxing. The neighborhood is very nice with so many cafes, bars, and shops. You can do so much and not even leave the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Teresa es fabulosa, nos ayudó en todo. Con respecto al apartamento, es tal cual se ve en las fotos; la cocina está bien equipada, los colchones y almohadas son muy cómodos. Definitivamente nos alojaríamos allí de nuevo!

A estadia na acomodação do Frederico foi excelente! O lugar é exatamente como descrito — muito limpo, bem cuidado, confortável e com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia tranquila. A localização também é ótima, com fácil acesso a tudo que eu precisava. Frederico foi atencioso e prestativo durante toda a estadia, sempre disponível para ajudar com qualquer dúvida. Recomendo fortemente e com certeza voltaria!

El departamento de Sami cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, muy comodo. Tenia todo lo que necesitabamos. El departamento cuenta con una terraza preciosa 🫶🏼 Sin dudas lo recomiendo!

We are told by host it was like a country home in the city. There is an old farmhouse feel to it that may not be for everyone but I really liked the open floor plan, tall ceilings and the many openable French doors to the private courtyard. There is a little step in the courtyard- watch out- easy to trip on. This is not the home for people who want to sit in their rooms and watch TV- it’s more for a large group to have fun together and having a comfortable place to share meals and relax after sightseeing. I would come back here for sure!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

We really enjoyed staying at Maria Juliana’s. It was well situated and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would stay there again!

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Se trata de una casa pequeña y antigua que no tiene una buena distribución arquitectónica, La recámara en azotea no cuenta con baño. En la descripción no menciona que los baños son externos a las recámaras. Los espacios de la casa son chicos y faltan algunos armarios para guardar ropa. Las puertas requieren de mantenimiento.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

The house was exactly as described, very nice neighbourhood , close to restaurants and coffee shops, transport and supermarkets. Beautiful authentic argentinian parrilla on a rooftop. If you know how to use it to cook Argentinian carne asada, you will really enjoy this amenity, as we did. If someday will decide to visit Buenos Aires , we'll definitely book this house once again.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para estadías cerca del Movistar Arena. El departamento está ubicado a tres cuadras del estadio, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Es en PB por lo que cuenta con un patio ideal para disfrutar durante el día. El lugar es amplio, bien iluminado y tiene un garage ideal para autos chicos. El baño principal es super generoso y cuenta también con cocina equipada completamente y lavadero. La comunicación con María fue siempre muy fluida, esto es clave por cualquier duda que pueda ocurrir durante la estadía. A pesar de que no es una zona que se caracterice por tener muchísimos bares o restaurantes, a unas cuadras tiene el bodegón Los Bohemios que es un 10, y varias cafeterías a distancia peatonal. Sin dudas volveremos!

We had a great stay in a beautiful house.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

El departamento hermoso, es un duplex dentro de un edificio. Algo no habitual en la zona. Muy confortable, todo nuevo (eso es de valorar) Cochera muy cómoda, el patio exterior invita a quedarse cuando no se quiere salir. Y Nico siempre atento !! Volveremos!!

El anfitrión súper amigable, atento, con instrucciones claras. La ubicación se encontraba a 10 minutos del centro del tigre en auto, el departamento limpio, con la comodidad de poder dormir cada uno en su cama, ya que tengo una nena de dos años y pude llevar una cama de una plaza a la habitación principal. El edificio tranquilo, la gente de seguridad amable. Me hubiera gustado que sea mas oscura la habitación principal, pero lo logre solucionar.
