Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Oliva

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa cumple todas las comodidades. Carlo siempre respondía nuestras consultas con brevedad. La playa (cala) esta a 17 minutos andando donde hay rutas para hacer. La joya de la casa son la vistas. Zona muy tranquila. La piscina comunitaria a la que se tiene acceso está justo enfrente de la casa. Ha sido todo perfecto.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Nos sentimos en Casa EI tal como en casa. La vivienda, con una reforma moderna y de estilo rural, es pequeña y coqueta pero muy cómoda y acogedora, súper bien equipada y con todos los detalles para facilitarte la estancia. Tanto el alojamiento como el pueblo, del que ya somos asiduos, merecen mucho la pena si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y un bonito pueblo y paisaje cercano a muchos lugares de interés de la comarca de la Marina Alta. Gracias por todo, Elisa. 100% recomendable. Repetiremos!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige villa. Alles was bij aankomst heerlijk schoon en precies zoals op de foto's. De kinderen konden lekker voetballen en spelen naast het huis zonder dat ze rekening met buren hoefden te houden. Bij vragen reageerde David direct en was heel erg behulpzaam. Dit huis lijkt te mooi om waar te zijn, maar aan de beschrijving is niets gelogen. Mocht je twijfelen, dan zeg ik: absoluut boeken!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Piso acogedor cómodo y muy bonito coincide totalmente con las fotos en zona tranquila cerca del castillo todo muy límpio me sentí como en casa lo recomiendo 100% volveré sin duda gracias!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het strand is maximaal 15 minuten lopen. Het appartement was schoon en voldeed aan alles. Van te voren geen foto’s van de badkamer gezien maar ook deze was prima. Javier is heel vriendelijk en heeft meerdere keren gevraagd hoe alles ging en of we wat nodig hadden of vragen hadden. Hij had zelfs een flesje wijn voor ons achtergelaten bij aankomst. De sleutel konden we ‘s avonds makkelijk ophalen bij een familielid van Javier. Er is een afgesloten parkeerplaats waar je met de auto kan parkeren. We hadden hier elke dag plek. Wat fijn is aan dit appartement is dat het er rustig is. Je kan de drukte opzoeken als je wilt maar je ook heerlijk terugtrekken tussen de locals. Zeker een aanrader 10/10

El apartamento de Valeria está genial, con todo lo imprescindible en aseo y cocina. El apartamento está muy limpio, la potencia de la ducha es muy fuerte y da gusto. El acceso es fácil y siempre atenta. Tiene plaza de garaje que no utilizamos pero hay un parking para no residentes cercano.

El apartamento es chiquitito pero más que suficiente para mí pareja y yo, incluso se podría alojar alguien más, ya que tiene sofá cama. La terraza es bastante grande por lo que en verano se tiene que estar genial y estás al lado de la playa. Tanto Encarnación como su hermana fueron encantadoras y nos dejaron naranjas como detalle, que estaban buenísimas. Repetiremos seguro pero está vez en verano con mejor tiempo.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

Anfitriones insuperables desde el día antes de llegar ya están absolutamente pendientes, se preocuparon y lo gestionaron para que pudiéramos entrar a media mañana . Juan nos esperaba para enseñarnos el apartamento y entregar las llaves. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. Apartamento con TODO lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días de descanso ( incluidas sillas de playa, sombrilla, ..), a tres bu minutos de la playa y con una terraza estupenda. Gracias Juan y M. Квартира находится в очень удобном месте - в пешей доступности магазины , рестораны, кафе и конечно , пляж - это самое главное и он шикарен . В квартире есть все необходимое - постельное белье , много полотенец, запасные подушки , одеяла , пледы. Есть много посуды для приготовления пищи. Микроволновка и стиральная машина . Квартира очень теплая , солнечная. Все просто идеально . Хозяйка очень отзывчивый человек , по первому требования все пожелания были выполнены ! Мы остались очень довольны , жили в квартире 5 месяцев !!!

Lovely apartment, very well situated, next to all amenities, confortable and clean

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfaitement propre, bien organisé et conforme à la description. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, et la résidence est très sécurisée et bien entretenue. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir waren nach 2023 nun auch im Oktober 2024 bei Julia und Javier. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten wieder eine sehr schöne Zeit. Toll sind die Sonnenaufgänge, die Restaurants in der Nähe und die Anbindung nach Alicante Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
