We offer a 110m2 flat, spacious and modern, located in the heart of the city, just in the middle of the famous Estafeta street, close to Plaza del Castillo and other main sights of the city. Located in an area with a great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transportation and with many shops and supermarkets nearby. It has been recently renovated with a very modern, functional and elegant style. The flat has access and lift for handicaped people. The apartment is fully soundproofed , allowing to have a quiet and no noise stay. Fully equipped. It has a dining area and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and washing machine. The outdoor living room has a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedding is facilitated. The full bathroom has a rain shower, hair dryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Second floor with no elevator. As it is an independent apartment, you can make use of all its rooms. The only limitation is that if there are two of you and one wants to sleep in the bedroom and the other on the sofa bed, you will have to book the accommodation for three people.
