Vacation rentals with a fireplace in old nice, Nice

We all had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

The views from Villa Elaia were nothing short of spectacular from the Mediterranean Sea (panoramic view from Nice to Cannes) in front to the mountains in back, in a peaceful neighborhood, well sheltered and private and in walking distance to a gorgeous, medieval, artisan village and everything it had to offer. We loved absolutely everything about this magnificent villa; from the spaces: the comfortable & large living inside and outdoors along the expansive terrace, the tastefully decorated bedrooms, ample bathrooms, gardens, terraces, amazing pool, and fantastic kitchen & dining areas both inside and out. It was perfect for a family reunion. Sophie and her team were delightful and responsive. Book this place, you won’t have any regrets!

We had a fantastic week in Emanuela’s house. The house is extremely authentic, well proportioned and has an excellent location. 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the old town. The host was very responsive and helpful. If this house is available to book, book it.

Fabrics was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. We were able to check in early. The location of the villa is excellent, there is no need for a car. The villa and pool were great for our trip to France.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

This sheepfold renovated in a contemporary style is very charming, very well equipped and quietly located. Nothing to complain about also on the cleanliness of the premises upon arrival. In addition, Marine and Anthony are responsive and respond to the slightest request/request for advice. In conclusion, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Nice and its hinterland.

Location is great as a short walk to promenade/beach and restaurant and shopping all within a few minutes. Did not feel touristy. Luisa’s home had everything we needed with grocery stores close by. Also convenient was parking nearby which allowed us to go in and out for day trips to Monte Carlo, etc.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here while she competed in the Ironman World Championship. Very conveniently located, comfortable space, great hosts.

The apartment is comfortable for four adults. Location right next to the ocean, beautiful scenery. The downstairs boulangerie is brilliant, delicious produce, and friendly service. It is easy to get around from the nearby by bus and train along the Cote d'Azur. Jose and Catherine are friendly and flexible hosts.

A cozy little studio, the couch pulls out easily to make a comfortable double bed. it has a lot of charm, a beautiful marble fireplace mantle & two French doors and a table to sit out on a terrace to have your morning coffee or evening aperitif! A couple of blocks towards the water there is a tram station that can take you directly to place Garibaldi or The port! And it is very walkable to the train station to visit other towns like antique or Monaco, etc. and if you go above the train station, there is liberation Square, which has a wonderful market in the mornings. And the main shopping street is also only minutes away, but it is a quiet area to make a good stay in NICE. Also, it helps to have the elevator with your luggage, but it’s easy to walk downstairs.

My stay at Lorenzo’s place was absolutely fantastic – honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Even before arrival, communication was super friendly, quick, and reliable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly cozy. I felt at home from the very first moment. Lorenzo is a truly outstanding host – warm, attentive, and always available in case you need anything. The location is also perfect – peaceful yet central. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would love to return anytime. Thank you so much for everything, Lorenzo!

Location is amazing with everying just outside the door. The apartment was modern and clean and the host super nice. Perfect spot to explore the city and old town.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

This is a wonderful apartment for a couple, or a couple with two young kids(there are bunk beds for them in a nook). Location could not be better. Everything is within easy walking distance( train/ port/grocery stores/ dept stores/restaurants/patisseries and outdoor cafes….borders historic centre) . Antibes is a very special place, and this is the perfect base for exploring it and neighboring sites on the Côte d’Azur. Enjoyed starting and ending our days on the apartment balcony watching the world go by.

We had a lovely stay at Davide's house. This is a very nice family home, full of charm and with a soul. The interior of the house is very well equipped. We feel the generosity of the owner. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool with a Jacuzzi is fabulous. The garden is very beautiful. The exterior is well appointed to rest and have lunch in the shade. No complaints. We will go back with great pleasure. We also thank Serge for his welcome, kindness and recommendations for visits and good little restaurants. A real favorite.

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.
