Wonderful place to stay in the back of Nice! Perfect as a starting point for bike rides :) The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean Catherine was an extremely kind and helpful host! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Location, location, location. In the heart of Antibes. Local market & shops on doorstep .very near port. The house felt very comfortable, felt at home, it had everything we needed, great kitchen and terrace. It even had great storage in bedroom & bathrooms . Ashley was great host, promptly answered my questions Would stay again.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

We had a pleasant stay and we recommend this beautiful cottage without hesitation! The accommodation is ideally located, quiet, surrounded by nature, close to the beautiful village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, starting point for many hikes, but only a few kilometers from the major tourist cities (Nice, Antibes) and the sea. Marie Pierre knows how to make herself available if necessary and we thank her for her good advice.

We stayed as a family for a week in Nice and enjoyed the accommodation there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including a grill. 👍 Raphael always responded quickly and helpfully to our questions, came by himself twice and even provided us with the private table tennis table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we were traveling exclusively by bus and train. We highly recommend this Raphael apartment! 👍💪👌 Super!

We had a lovely stay at Davide's house. This is a very nice family home, full of charm and with a soul. The interior of the house is very well equipped. We feel the generosity of the owner. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool with a Jacuzzi is fabulous. The garden is very beautiful. The exterior is well appointed to rest and have lunch in the shade. No complaints. We will go back with great pleasure. We also thank Serge for his welcome, kindness and recommendations for visits and good little restaurants. A real favorite.

I felt comfortable with the hosts right from the start. It's a beautiful property with a great pool and a small studio. Those who value convenience in the household and a kitchen will have difficulties here. By car, the area is very quick and very easy to reach. There are many beautiful places nearby and a supermarket, which is also easily accessible by car. Parking is available directly in the yard. The house is accessed via a small alley and has a remote control for the roller door. To switch off for a few days, I find the accommodation ideal. Highlight: Romy! A super cute and playful dog. It was a pleasure overall.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. The location is ideal in relation to various major cities (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) and the mountains. Furthermore, Patrick gives the necessary tips and useful descriptions for activities nearby. In addition, the pool is very clean to take a refreshing dip! Furthermore, the apartment has been quite refurbished with a new kitchen and cozy living room. In short, a great place to celebrate a vacation!

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

What a beautiful spot. We planned out entire visit to Nice to stay at Lars's spot and it was completely worth it. Amazing views, cute decorations, convenient location, and a lovely host. The location is not walkable, but completely worth it as the Ubers are not expensive to get into the old city or towards the water. Will be coming back for sure!

This special place is an oasis of positive vibes. We highly recommend the place. Alain and Agnes are wonderful people who sweetened our vacation with great tips and nice conversations. For children (including toddlers) it is a paradise. The many animals, the pool and the playground are simply a treat!

Everything was perfect. The host clearly takes great care of this place — it was very clean, well-equipped, and stylish. It's within walking distance of the city center and the marina, with a nice urban view. A great accommodation for sunny days.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Florence’s place is the ideal small house in Biot. With an outdoor grill, parking, and a fabulous little garden, we felt cozy and at home. The place is pretty well equipped for a long term stay.

Nice place to stay Quiet although very close to the historic center Don't hesitate to accept Nadine's proposal for parking at 3 euros per night because there are no free spaces nearby. It's the underground parking lot of the Town Hall which is only 200 m away and is very convenient
