Vacation rentals with a patio in old nice, Nice

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We were visiting end of March beginning of April. At this time of the year the place was quite deserted with many restaurants still closed. We liked the it that way. It might be quite busy in Summer. The private parking spot in front of the building id great. The view from the appartment is stunning. Nadya is a great host. Friendliy and respondiere. We would come back!

We stayed for one week and it felt like home great location We walked with the kids to the beach from the flat and also it was easy to park everywhere and it was a bonus that the flat had a garage to park for free! We spent time in the balcony it was a lovely apartment in Nice!! THANK YOU

This was our second stay at Remario's apartment, we loved it just as much as last time. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is perfect for the train station, where it is very quick and easy to get trains out to various destinations for day trips. Check in was great and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend it, and plan to return.

We love our stay here. Perfect location. It was close to everything and very convenient. Lots of parking on the street too. The apartment is very comfortable. No complaints at all. It was perfect. Carolina was very kind and helpful. If we came back to Antibes we’d stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and felt ourselves like home. In our opinion it has this old french houses vibe, which we loved. Check-in/out went smoothly and Kate and Brend were always very responsive. The apartment is located only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, from which you can take a train to cities like Antibes, Eze, Cannes etc. Because of its central location, you can reach almost everything in the city by feet, but if you don’t like to walk much, there is a tram station nearby. I give an extra star for the balcony :) All in one - we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

Gorgeous house, big, but feels cozy. Lovely views, many seating areas outside. Kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. The area is quiet and private, which is fantastic, as long as you have a car. As others have said, the driveway at the house is only for very small cars and excellent drivers, but we parked on the street, no issues. Upon arrival, we had a few plumbing issues, but they were taking care of immediately. All in all, a great stay and I fully recommend this house and the owners/property manager.

Laurie is very attentive and caring. We had rain 2 days in a row and she spoiled us with organic breakfast and trip to Eze. The home is beautifully decorated with adorable views from the terrace. Located away from the city center on a hill but good bus connections. One more big thank you to Laurie❤️

We had a lovely stay at Rebecca's place. The entire house was pristine, exactly what we imagined the French Riviera would be. It was close enough to town to walk, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The home was very spacious and welcoming, I loved the peaceful garden, the children loved the hot tub. It was really a wonderful stay, we will certainly book again. Thank you for such a lovely holiday - the wine and fruit upon arrival made it feel so luxurious!

Perfect stay. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, well-equipped. Great location. In addition, private parking is a real plus. Serge is very welcoming. The guidelines are clear . We'll be there again .

Great stay with Caroline. The studio is modern and provides all the comforts necessary to have a good time. We fell in love with the bucolic and soothing outdoors. Caroline is a great host always responsive and full of good tips on places to go.

An exceptional place in a historic but little-known village, half an hour from a (very beautiful!) trip from Monaco, the beaches and Nice. The view from the balcony and windows is breathtaking! With sunsets that make a unique show every night! The interior of the house has fairly low ceilings but that only adds to the charm of these quaint village houses. I recommend it without hesitating!

The apartment is old-fashioned, but it has everything, everything works smoothly. The heating with the air conditioners, the fast Internet, the private parking in front of the property, everything was excellent. If we come back to the area, this place is our first choice!

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

We stayed at Christine's for a flight the next morning to Nice airport, which is just a ten-minute drive away. Very well-kept apartment, beautiful outdoor patio that must be wonderful in good weather (when we went it rained). Street parking is available.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Jasmine's place was perfect! The location is a short 3-minute walk from restaurants, grocery stores, the train station, and the beach. The location cannot be beat, and it's very quiet. The apartment is exactly as listed in the description. It's newly remodeled, cute, and has everything you will need. Brian, the manager, is by far the best house manager. He communicates within minutes of any text I send. He is helpful and knowledgeable about local sights, drivers, and restaurant recommendations, as well as any other questions I had. He is also very proactive with weekly check-ins to ensure everything is okay with the apartment and asks if I need anything. I highly recommend this studio apartment if you are visiting Villefranche-sur-Mer!
