Vacation rentals with a patio in Old Hickory Lake

Highly recommend John’s place. It was ideal location to be close to my family that are in Tennessee. His place was pristine. We could not have asked for anything more. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnb‘s in the past and this one surpassed everyone.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

Fantastic communication. Easy arrival and check in. Pool was terrific. Condo as described. Walkable to all of downtown. Helpful staff on site. Bedroom is definitely very bright in the morning like other reviews have stated so if you need pitch black morning sleeping arrangements probably book elsewhere.

We stay here every time we are in Nashville. Not only is it beautiful, and walking distance to Broadway, but very secure and the pool is a great amenity too! The owner is wonderful. Very responsive. Five stars and highly recommend.

Had a great time staying at Michael's place! Super close to Ole Smoky Distillery which was a lot of fun and the tastings were great. Place was clean and looked like the pictures and enjoyed using the pool / cabana. Walkable to Broadway Street and can't really beat that convenience. Will look for his place on my next trip.

Easy to follow instructions. Place was clean, and cozy for our family.

The home is totally private with vistas of only trees and fields. The home was in immaculate condition with well thought out amenities to make our stay perfect. A well placed spice rack was in the kitchen with all the common items stocked along with additional basics in the cabinets such as foils etc plus condiments and creamer in the refrigerator. A covered porch swing, large enough to hold two people lying down, was a nice touch. (Sheets were provided in the garage storage) We enjoyed the hot tub at all hours but recommend you bring a tent canopy for shade that is needed from about noon till 5pm. We brought our 10x10 tent canopy that allowed us to be in the tub anytime of day without sunburn worries. We saw lots of wildlife in both the front and back yards and recommend you bring a good pair of binoculars to supplement the spot telescope that was provided by our host. We saw deer and wild turkeys that were regularly roaming about, a raccoon and a glimpse of a fox passing through.

Great house close to the lake. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking. The house had everything we needed including a big deck and grill for dinners and a dock for fishing.

Rands' home was exactly as advertised. Great location, easy drive to/from Nashville airport (about 35 minutes). Great to have 4 bdrms and 3 baths, easily accommodated our group of 2 adult couples and 2 adult singles and would work comfortably for 4 couples. Was nice to have plenty of parking and the screened in porch. There really are no negatives. Thank you Rand

Tricia, Maria, and Reid were awesome hosts! The house itself is very clean with modern updates and the pictures represent it well. Their home is great for a large group and is about a half hour from downtown Nashville. They were super responsive with communicating and there to answer every question I had. Our family is already looking to book with them again next year!

My family loved staying at those house! Had everything we wanted and needed to make this a perfect trip to Nashville and a great kick off to our summer. If we find ourselves in Nashville again, we will definitely look into booking this Airbnb again!

Probably one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever stayed it. It’s hard enough to find a large enough home to accommodate bigger groups; and finding one as beautiful and welcoming as this was the icing on the cake! A dream home away from home. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often and stay here again. 10/10 would recommend everything about this beautiful place. The hosts were response; accommodation and thoughtful. They even provided a little welcome basket with their farms homemade blackberry jam which was amazing!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

Our stay was wonderful. Had to have a big surgery in Nashville and Jessica’s pit was the perfect place to recover and recharge before heading home. It was beautiful, peaceful, and such a great location. This was one of my first times using an AirBnB and i couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. She is very kind, responsive, and even did a load of our laundry when we ran out of clean clothes. Absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend. 

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at The Swiftie Shangri-La, she absolutely loved it! The space was phenomenal. The gulch area is a new up and coming area. It had some great restaurants close by and still had an older feel as well. Michelle was super responsive with any questions that we had. No Bad Reputation here, it was Enchanted and we will remember it Forever and Always.
