Vacation rentals with a pool in Old Hickory Lake

Everything about Rachel & PJ’s home was delightful. From the check in process, to the decor, the cleanliness and the amenities, we felt right at home. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We ended up not getting out to see as much of Nashville as we had originally planned because everyone was having a good time in the home. The only thing the pictures don’t do justice to is just how steep a hill the house is located on. Once you get to the top, the view from the front porch is amazing.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this accommodation was absolutely perfect. All the information provided on the listing shows how committed Tina is to making sure her guests have the best experience possible. The pool was immaculate, one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a private home. We felt comfortable and welcome for the entirety of our stay. If we are back in the area for another soccer tournament, we will first look to see if this place is available. 100% highly recommended.

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

I highly recommend staying here. It is as exactly described as shown in pictures. Very clean,spacious and comes with all your basic household needs. Checking in and out was very easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. Instructions and house rules are very simple and easy to follow. The host was very kind and easy to reach. 10/10 recommend over a hotel and great for families of all ages.

The house was in a great location in relationship to downtown Nashville and/or Franklin. Plenty of stores around. The den in the back of the house was a great place for everyone to 'hang out' in. The only 'challenge' was the busy road that the house is located on. Depending on the time of day, it was sometimes tricky pulling out of the drive. We had a great stay here!

Great, beautiful and clean space. The kitchen, dining, and living were perfect for visiting. We spent some time in the pool - wish it hadn't rained so we could enjoy it even more.

Great place and close to a lot of places. It was only a 10-20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. I felt safe in this neighborhood, which is important as we were on a girls trip. It was within walking distance of a couple of a coffee shops and brunch places. The only (small) downside was the street was fairly narrow, and some of the neighbors parked in front of the house, as well as on the other side of the street, and there was not a lot of room to drive through. But that can’t be controlled by the owner. She was very friendly and very responsive anytime we had questions or concerns.

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

Nice place to get away from the hustle of Broadway but close enough to walk and enjoy. The unit was perfect. Highly recommend. Hope to be back again.

This studio was super cute and clean! The guide sent for the property and area was top tier. There is a walkable area around the studio and Broadway is a 10 minute drive. Hattie B’s, mentioned in the guide, is walkable from the studio and super delicious! The pool was clean and easy to get in and out with the code given. Theres so much more to see in the area which makes the feel homely, mean while crazy fun Broadway is just up the road! The neighborhood felt safe, clean and quiet. The host checked in to make sure all was well, we did not need them but I’m positive if we did, they would accommodate. This was not the original place we booked for our wedding anniversary, but I’m so glad this is where we ended up. Thank you so much to Megan and family for a great stay! I’m certain we will be back! 😊

Brigitte's place was exactly as described, spacious, and the perfect place for a girls trip! The two double beds were perfect for a slumber party feel and the apartment was very clean and inviting. The area was fantastic with lots of restaurants and bars to visit within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again with Brigitte!!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place, conveniently located. Very responsive hosts. Was perfect for four of us attending CMA Fest for four days!

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.
