This place was perfect for a weekend stay. It was conveniently located to Broadway and other downtown attractions and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kenneth literally thought of everything when stocking the extra amenities. He was a great host and I highly recommend this place for a nice comfortable and convenient Nashville getaway.

What an amazing place! Fun theme, roomy, with plenty of amenities and is the perfect location to walk to Broadway. Jessica gave clear directions and was always quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Fourth trip to Nashville. First time at Ben’s. Such a bright, airy and happy space. Be sure to watch Ben’s YouTube video with checking instructions). Nice little coffee and donut shop across the street. The pool is quite nice as well

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

We loved the space! Super cool apartment in a nice part of town. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go and had a great trip!!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. The apartment was great, very clean, and spacious. We especially loved the large and comfortable couch. Amy was fantastic and responsive. Things to note - the neighborhood is in the middle of gentrification and we didn't feel comfortable walking around. That said, it was only a short drive to everything. Also the pool is rather small.

The condo is in a great location. It’s a short walk to Broadway St. & an even shorter walk to Germantown. Zeke responded quickly to all messages and handled any issues immediately.

The unit was beautiful! The decor was amazing. Kitchen well equipped. Host was responsive with answers to questions. Definitely recommend this place!!

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

The house was very welcoming and inviting. Very spacious for 8 people. The rooftop patio was our favorite spot to hang out. Close to broadway (about a 15 minute Uber ride to Broadway). Would visit again.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Wonderful place and close to the airport and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms. Living areas inside the house were great and the upstairs patios off the bedrooms were absolutely amazing. We loved the place and it was perfect for our group celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends!

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is very fast at responding. Clean and quiet neighborhood and nice to be away from the large crowds. Would recommend and stay again

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!
