Great location. Nice host that communicated with me every day of my stay.

It is hard to describe the feeling of peace and welcome that you feel when you come into the cottage. And cottage is the perfect word for it. It just feels like the coziest little home you ever were in. My husband and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed our time curled up with books on the couch or having our morning coffee in the screened porch. Stephen keeps this place perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone that we know that would be going to Nashville and needing a place to stay. I’m not sure I would have very little kids there (under 6 maybe) , but for a couple or an adult it is the perfect spot. We really enjoyed Stephen and invited him in to sit and talk with us and tell us about some of the incredible things in the cottage. He is very friendly and willing to chat if you want to but not intrusive in any fashion. It is very near to the Greenhills shopping area, but extremely quiet and peaceful. We will definitely choose to stay at the cottage in the future!

Rands' home was exactly as advertised. Great location, easy drive to/from Nashville airport (about 35 minutes). Great to have 4 bdrms and 3 baths, easily accommodated our group of 2 adult couples and 2 adult singles and would work comfortably for 4 couples. Was nice to have plenty of parking and the screened in porch. There really are no negatives. Thank you Rand

We really enjoyed our stay at cindys! It was super clean and looked just like the photos!! Cindy was easy to reach if we had any other questions and reallt helpful and friendly. Her home was very cute and nicelt decorated. We will return!

Cory was so attentive and responsive straight from the beginning. The house was so inviting and welcoming. The property was peaceful and quiet but yet still so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville! Everything was great and will definitely be back in the future!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This home is AMAZING! I felt right at home, plenty of space and so comfortable! I would definitely book again! The location is convenient to nearly everything.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Vicki was very kind and welcoming to me and my children during our stay. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and it was nice that she was close for the duration of our stay. The area is a basement so upon arriving there was a slight musty smell but that dissipated. We basically used the place for sleeping only, but could have eaten there if we wanted. Our goal was pretty much hanging out along Broadway. Lyft prices ranged from 18 to 50 depending on time of day. There is always traffic so ride time is about 30 mins on average to get downtown Next visit I would stay closer if that is the goal. The room darkening drape that is used to cover stairway does let quite a bit of morning light in. Bed was ok. Did not see owners. Area was quiet and safe

If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. You can tell the host really took her precious time to cater to all her guests. Everything was smooth and simple. Thank you so much!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Linda was great! Even had snacks and food to make for breakfast. The shower had GREAT water pressure! Bed and couches were very comfortable. The weather was pretty rainy the whole time so it was nice that she even had an umbrella for us by the door!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. We did have a few things come up during our stay but Christian was great. He was very responsive, friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was great. I would stay here again.

My wife and I were looking for a short getaway for our 12 year anniversary. We were looking at another smaller property they had but it ended up getting booked before we made our decision. The host helped me with other options that were available and was very helpful in answering my questions making sure we would have a spot to park our boat. The house was immaculate and had a beautiful view, "dream home" if you will. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be returning when we have more time and can bring the fam bc this house has plenty of room. There is plenty of room in the driveway to turn around and park a boat, there's a private ramp at the end of the road but we ended up going to a public one, about 5 minute drive, for more parking options. The only recommendation I have is maybe adding some small rope or string lights for the hot tub area. Great trip & house, look forward to returning!

My family I had a fantastic time!. My wife thought that the entire place was only family friendly, but extremely well organized so that we could enjoy our time as a family and as a couple.
