We enjoyed our stay. The pool is great. Everything was clear on instructions on how to get in and it was very clean. I did ask to check in a little earlier due to being in town early and could not due to cleaning crew still there, which was understandable. Then asked if we could park there and just take the golf cart to the beach since we were early and that was declined as well. Was a little disappointed in that as I do feel that would have made our first day there more enjoyable, plus the next two were rainy so we missed out on a perfect beach afternoon.

LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

Great location that’s only a block from the beach entrance! Our group of 40+ year olds loved having the hot tub and pool on site for early morning & evening soaks.

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

Great space for our family of 10. Nice size pool and outdoor area. Very responsive and appreciative host. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from 4 of our 5 baseball games. Would definitely stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place! Our family really enjoyed our stay. The backyard was private and great for us and our Westie. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and other very nice furniture throughout the home. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils to prepare meals. The entire property, inside and out, was updated, neat, clean, and well maintained. Amy was a great host, very responsive. Definitely recommend this home and host!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)

We totally enjoyed our stay at The Coral Sea Cottage! We had 8 adults + 10 kids and this space worked out really well for us. The neighborhood was lovely, the pool was great and we had everything that we needed at the house. We had a couple so small maintenance things that we reached out about and Graham was very quick to reply and offer assistance. We are already looking at trying to book again for next year!

Great place to stay and very responsive host! We will definitely be back! We loved how close it was to the beach too!

We loved our stay at Kaley’s place. The house was beautiful and had lots of space. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. Perfect for our group of three different families. The kids loved hanging out at the pool. We also appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, and toys.

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

Perfect home for a perfect vacation. My family of 4 absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. Not only is this a perfect location, the proximity to the beach, great restaurants and an amazing community pool, the home had everything you would need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas and a golf cart! I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The kids spent hours on end in the private heated pool and also took advantage of the community pool which was just up the road. Restaurants were within walking distance. The beach could have been as well, but we chose to use the golf cart to haul the provide chairs. Beach had beautiful turquoise waters. One of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. Would definitely recommend!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

This was a last minute stay and Isabella was wonderful! All communication was prompt and thorough. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great, albeit short, stay. Highly recommend!
