Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ojai Valley

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Dave is a great host. The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment. I had a couple of small things come up during my stay, but Dave took care of them right away (even on a Saturday evening!). There was some noise from the street and the equipment on the building but nothing that a pair of basic ear plugs couldn’t handle. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very walkable. And the apartment was a good size and clean. Wish list: more than just one fob to the building would have been convenient. Plus there were MANY lockboxes at the door. There should be an indication of which one belongs to this unit... I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out! Otherwise, it was perfect!

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

Mike’s place was exactly what we hoped for—spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Communication was effortless; Mike replied quickly and made sure every need was met. The dedicated parking spot right in front of the elevator was a huge convenience, especially with luggage. We loved the location too: Target and Trader Joe’s were only a short stroll away, and a pleasant walk brought us to the beach and pier for sunset. Highly recommended!

Perfect little place to stay while on business. Very nice to have a kitchen where we could make our own meals and not have to rely on eating out. Stocked with the right amenities, access to washer and dryer, and very clean! The beds are firm, which was a bit difficult form us personally, but that in no way will reduce my score and review of this quaint and perfectly located gem.

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Thank you Angela for a memorable stay!

Extremely happy with our stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for, it was easy to walk to the beach and areas we wanted to. A quick drive to markets and restaurants, and not far from other beaches we wanted to visit. The hot tub was perfect after the long walks and days. The beds were soft and plush. Full kitchen and laundry so we came home with no dirty laundry to do. So nice. We will stay again. Thank you for everything. We appreciated it so much.

Sshh, don't tell, Thousand Oaks is a location dream, and Daniels place is an oasis. The bird watching alone, from the sun dappled patio, is next level. Of note, the MCM furniture is the real deal and we as guests, ought treat it with due care & respect.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

What a fantastic place. Great amenities and only a little over a mile to Six Flags. Really gorgeous flooring. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The beds very comfy. Easy check-in, and an 11 AM check out! Highly recommend.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

Tanner and Jess's home is a wonderful place to vacation in Valencia and Santa Clarita. Centrally located with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful and the kitchen provides all you need if you eat in sometimes. And the bed is very comfortable! Tanner & Jess are kind and helpful and respond very quickly to questions, and their hosting is so organized, you won't have many questions at all! I look forward to staying here again soon!
