This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Absolutely gorgeous place with the most beautiful nature surroundings. Perfect for a family weekend with great amenities like pool table, darts and hot tub. Loved our stay!

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

I had another fantastic stay at Kathy’s Airbnb! The drive along Corall Canyon offers stunning views of the ocean, Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island. Kathy’s home features incredible sunrise views, with gentle morning fog below. The open layout connecting the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Kathy is a wonderful host, always responsive to my needs. If you’re seeking a serene getaway with gorgeous vistas and a lovely host, I highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Quiet and relaxing. So many things within walking distance with great restaurants. GREATLY ENJOYED an excursion with Island Packers!! A must! Glenn was very helpful and responsive in all things.

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !

The Suge Shack was beautiful, peaceful and well appointed. It was exactly what we needed during a tender time for our family. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional and appreciated. Kimberly was an excellent host and communicator, her thoughtfulness and attention to detail showed her pride in hosting. As a former host myself, I set a bar high and Kimberly exceeded expectations.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. Stayed here to attend a UCSB graduation and it was lovely alternative to staying in Santa Barbara. They had a few card games which was so fun to play and bond with my 8 yo nephew! The binder of local reccs was so amazing. Discovered the magical secluded nearby Loon Point beach due to it! Hosts were wonderfully responsive and genuinely cared about your stay! The guest roku setting on the TV was amazing- you could enter all your logins for your streaming services and it would erase upon your checkout!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

Couldn’t ask for more, my first time in Cali, having such a beautiful space to stay in with cleanliness and everything as described made me feel at home. Nicely secured, gym w everything you could ask for in it! hot tub and pool give vacation vibes, Palm trees Club house w pool table! , outdoor lounge area with grill and fireplace I plan to stay again and of course having such responsive understanding accommodating host made my stay comfortable thanks again
