We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups as well as complimentary wine and bottled water. There is a wall-mounted, widescreen LED TV with a surround system with YouTubeTV and Netflix There is a washer and dryer outside the house on the patio for your convenience and an iron and ironing board can be found in the Cupboard Under the Stairs. Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub is available upon request. The guest house is free-standing, private and separated from the main house by a poll, gazebo and sizable backyard. You have free access to the property and pool. We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of us works out of the home and can be accessible if you should need any assistance. Explore Los Angeles—head out on a short walk to endless dining and shopping options on Ventura Boulevard. It's a short drive to colleges, theme parks, tourist attractions, and, of course, Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything you need to hop on a bus just a block away. *No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. *Guests must all be 21+ years of age, except in the case of families traveling with children. *Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub available upon request. *Un-gated pool and stairs. Children must be supervised at all times. Guest accepts all liability and holds owner harmless.

Hannah & Daniel’s place was just what I needed for a peaceful, Spring Break staycation. I was looking to stay somewhere with a pool and the hosts were sure to give my partner and I privacy during the days we were there. The pool was not heated and it was so cold, but the jacuzzi really makes up for it. The peacocks are very present (which I enjoyed), so the description is pretty accurate - you will hear them and you will most definitely see them! We had a great time reading and spending a couple days using their amenities.

Ofir's home is wonderful. From the front yard and neighborhood, the interior spaces to the backyard--we felt delighted and nurtured. There was a lot of thought and care that went into the spaces that were beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything was clean and perfectly set up for relaxing and enjoying. Wonderful large dining table, living room seating was plentiful, decor was elevated, kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked (I so appreciated the espresso machine in addition to regular drip coffee machine), bedrooms were all well-appointed and the master br was just awesome! We also appreciated the extra 1/2 bath so each bedroom had a dedicated bath for convenience at night. Outdoors was lovely with 2 decks, a hot tub, dining table, grassy area with lemon tree, mature trees and fences for privacy. It was incredibly quiet and we even had a hummingbird visit. Convenience to the airport cannot be understated as well.

The Rancho Cottage was perfect for our week long stay a family of four with an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old. Chantal was an amazing host and even made coloring books for our boys - one of just many thoughtful, special details. The pool area is stunning and was such a nice relaxing retreat, especially given the August heat in LA. The hot tub was an added bonus and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed each night. For anyone else with kids considering a stay, highly recommend Kidspace Museum in Pasadena, the Natural History Museum, and of course, Disneyland. All three were huge hits with our kids. Thank you so much for being such a thoughtful and kind host, Chantal! We loved meeting you and your pup, Theo and hope to be back!

We had a great stay at Hallgrim’s place. It was clean and as pictured in the reviews. The only problem we had was parking. It’s only street parking across from the house and the other houses parked multiple cars in our only spot to park. There is also only one tv in the house which is located in the spare bedroom. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience. There’s even a squirrel that is came up to the windows every morning to say hi. She must be fed, because she is not afraid of humans. We named her “baby”.

We had a fantastic stay—our kids absolutely loved it and begged to stay longer every single day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, with gorgeous morning strolls and stunning evening sunsets. We especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly—the built-in dog door in the bedroom was such a thoughtful detail, letting our pup come and go without waking us. After full days of kayaking around the Channel Islands, relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked for home-cooked meals, and the welcome snacks were a lovely touch. We also loved not having to pack beach gear—the hosts had everything covered: toys, canopy, towels, you name it. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the host’s kindness in offering us a late checkout made our departure so much smoother. We’d come back in a heartbeat.
