I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

We had a great stay at Kristian’s place! Kristian is a very responsive host, he gave clear instructions for when we arrived and where to find things etc. The location was perfect for walking to and from the festival, and the garden and the terrace was very well used! Only thing that can be mentioned is that, when the neighbors above were walking around (I think running and playing) it was very loud and easy to hear. All in all, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend Kristian as host! Super friendly and reply’s very fast. We will check if it is available again next year!

We have really enjoyed the stay. The owner was helpful and proactive. There was no difficulties with check-in or check-out, all perfectly planned by Alexander. The apartment located not far from city center in the nice neighborhood. The flat is comfortable and cozy. It is great solution if you plan to stay in Odense.

Was a great stay, place as described, friendly and quick communication and all easy with check-in and out. Can just recommend.
