Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Hytta ligg idyllisk til med panoramautsikt over den vakre bygda Førde, fjorden og enda mykje lenger. Sjølv om hytta ligg for seg sjølv øvst på ein haug, ligg den på ein bondegard, kor sauer og lam beitar i nærleiken. Hytta har særpreg, er meir enn 100 år gammal og har mellom anna ein stor, utskoren vikingskipsmodell hengande i taket. Heile hytta blei restaurert for få år sidan og fekk då moderne utstyr som nytt bad med varmekablar og nytt kjøken med alt nødvendig utstyr.

Best location for experiencing the City of Bergen. A bright and beautiful renovated apartment in a old authentic house located in a calm pedestrian street in the historic part of Bergen. A perfect base for exploring all of Bergen´s attractions. Only a short walking distance to Bryggen,Fishmarket, Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Galleries, Museums and the trails or funicular leading up to the Fløyen Mountain located just above the City. Cottage close to the sea and great swimming and fishing opportunities. Offers kayak, bicycle, SUP and rowboat rental. Its a cottage with one double bed and one sofabed. But it is in the same room, so I recommend to be only 2 people. 7km from Mikkelparken in Kinsarvik. An amusement park for kids. 3 km from Lofthus. 30 km from Odda & Trolltunga Nice nature and great startingpoint for hiking, such as Oksen, the waterfalls in Husedalen.

Si vous avez l'occasion de passer vos vacances chez Trude et Bjorn, vous serez des voyageurs très chanceux! Ce sont des hôtes qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit agréable, ils sont disponibles pour tous les conseils et recommandations que vous sollicitez, prenant plaisir à échanger avec vous avec humour et gentillesse; c'est une très belle rencontre. L'appartement est incroyable, il a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, il est d'une propreté irréprochable, il est très joli, accueillant et il a une vue sur le fjord magnifique. Concernant sa localisation, Il y a une petit supermarché à 5 min à pieds qui permet un ravitaillement facile, et via la route de la côte qui est très belle, il y a possibilité de prendre des ferry à proximité (20 min) pour faciliter le passage sur l'autre coté du fjord. Ce sont un séjour et des hôtes que nous n'oublierons pas et nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement leur location dans laquelle nous reviendrons assurément !

Es war der schönste Abschluss unseres Sabbaticals, das wir in Norwegen verbracht haben. Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, flexibel, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir sind so begeistert, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen wollen.

This place is like a writer's retreat. The place was clean, peaceful and quiet. Elisabeth was an excellent host. Very respectful and flexible. Neighborhood is a short walk from downtown, but honestly there is a bus every 10 seconds, even until 4 am. Great place to watch the sunset, and a local bar/restaurant with traditional Norwegian food. Grocery store as well. I'm not sure there was a microwave, but that's just a European thing.

Stine's place was great - a very beautiful well furnished home in the Biskopshavn neighbourhood North of Bergen. Everything inside was comfortable and well laid out for us. The three first floor bedrooms were all comfortable, though note the middle one needs to be accessed via one of the others. The second floor living space is modern and beautiful, and the third floor loft was comfortable as well. Checking-in was very easy. Note that driving to the house requires going up some narrow sloping streets - we managed okay with a large SUV but make sure you're comfortable driving in tight spaces if you want to come with a big car. Overall would definitely recommend!

Vi hadde et flott opphold i hytten til Ann-Kristin og Laila. De hadde gjort det utrolig koselig ved å pynte til jul med lys og juletre. Hytten var også ren og klargjort for vårt besøk. Lokaliteten er fantastisk og det var enkelt å finne fram. Vertene var veldig lett å forholde seg til og svarte raskt. Jeg kan sterkt anbefale dette stedet.

Ida and Torstein are amazing hosts. They showed us the area, shared the history of the place and recommended beautiful hikes around. The house is charming and has plenty of genuine details, which made us curious about the place we had a pleasure to stay in. One can find everything what is needed in the house: kitchen equipment, stunning view from windows, cozy fireplace and positive vibes of slowing down 🥰 The place is definitely highly recommended! Just the most magical place to stay. The views from the house were even better than the photos. Lots of games for the kids. Plenty of space. We were blessed with sunshine throughout our stay and we were sunbathing outside in early April. Hired Lars' boat for an unforgettable sail around the fjord. Possibly the most stunning view of any airbnb I've ever stayed in. Situated near to the lovely Eidfjord village, but also within 1-2 hours drive of major sights.

Wr had such a magical Christmas time staying here so we could be with my Sister and her family and to celebrate her baby's Baptism is Rosendal too on Christmas Day. It was such a beautiful wooden lodge we enjoyed thw fire so cosy. It was like a home from home and had everything we needed.
