Excellent location and great apartment. Responsive hosts, there were a few amenities missing but I think that was an oversight and David and Karin were kind enough to resolve the concerns very fast.

After a long journey, we spontaneously decided on an accommodation. Our message was responded to very quickly. Check-in was very easy. When we arrived at the apartment, we felt right at home. Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of the village, a stream, the mountains and several waterfalls. Fantastically beautiful. In addition, the owners were very friendly and you felt very well taken care of. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is the place to be! Thank you once again! ☺️🤝🏻

Great location, a bit aways from the Røldal town and super peaceful with the waterfall right outside our window! Hiking in the area was fantastic. I would recommend getting food prior to arriving at the location since the nearest grocery store is a couple kms away. All in all, great appartement and fantastic location!

Astrid and Arils were amazing hosts and their AirBnB was everything we were looking for and more. Clean, cozy, and with a fantastic view of the water. The kitchen was really well stocked too. My wife and I had a very rejuvenating time at the house and it was added blessing to get to talk with Astrid and Arils for a while on our way in. They are great!

We had a good stay at Lene's place. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The resort itself is private with beautiful surrounding. It is close to Røldal Skisenter and only 25 drive to Odda. It was really a cozy stay :)

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I stayed in Rolf’s place for two nights while I travelled to Odda to hike Trolltunga. It is a great location, minutes from shops and the town, and also has a gorgeous view. The apartment is comfortable and had everything I needed. Rolf was very helpful with local recommendations and preparing me for the hike!

We liked it very much in the apartment and we had a nice view :) the hosts were very warm - as a welcome there were a few snacks and drinks in the fridge and on departure there was still coffee and tea to go for us😊 thank you again!

Well connected by the bus, nice views through windows. Tigist was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable

apartment 14 upstairs. the "postcard" view. it was beautiful. just for the view it's worth it. the hot tub and sauna was also a plus. for the rest of the apartment, there is a lot of kitchen utensils and cutlery missing. the shower area is very narrow. we were practically all alone, so the common areas were really nice. Alvik is very nice as a village and a lot to see around by car.

I have a big pleasure during my 2 night stays at this place with my friends. Here has a lot of space and bed for my group of 10 persons. We got two stories which both is decorated so comfy and cozy. The host is always responsive to my question and give me the clear answer.

We loved our stay. We absolutely enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, and also went kayaking. Unfortunely the bikes were all broken (flat tire/chain off) so we couldn't use them. Beautiful location to have some relaxation, went for cider tasting and enjoyed the perfect weather and trees in bloom. Exactly what we needed in the middle of our Norway trip.

This location is beautiful and peaceful. The amenities are great. Kayaks on site for use. Very peaceful and relaxing. Note the washer and dryer are in a closet on the short end of building as you drive in.

This was such a great stay! We loved our two days here, wished it would’ve been more. The area is lovely and the amenities are amazing, the sauna and jacuzzi work very well. We used the bikes and had an amazing day exploring the area. Definitely worth the stay, I would stay again. Communication with the host was very easy and very nice too!

Very nice, big place with amazing view ! Has everything whats needed. Waterfront terrace will leave you with good memories after this stay
