There is a private courtyard, with a jacuzzi, as well as a front yard hang-out area with a firepit and an additional small patio with an outdoor shower. One bedroom has an outside entrance and is cozy and private. We are a few blocks from a large beachfront park and a ten minute walk from downtown Del Mar.

Our family of 7 (aged teenage to adult) stayed here. The view was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the front spacious balcony with ocean views and abundant seating. We also liked that it was a bit setback from the road (over the garage entrance). The living room with sectional & large coffee table was perfect for game night. We also utilized the kitchen and grill, which had everything we needed for a delicious home cooked dinner. We walked a whole bunch along the strand, which is so much fun. It’s close to the pier and lots of great restaurants. We were able to use the beach gear and quickly realized that we hadn’t needed to bring anything from home. The beach locker had multiple beach chairs and just about everything you would need for a fun day at the beach. The rental had a good stock of beach towels and regular towels as well. Overall, an amazing experience. We would absolutely rent here again!

Definitely a five star home!! Our family booked with Billy during our stay in California, and we couldn’t ask for a better host. Billy, has been the best host we have had! This beautiful home looked better in person, it was perfect and super welcoming! Everything we needed, the home had. We had an incident with my dog and Billy was so caring, understanding and super professional. Words can’t describe how appreciative our family is with Billy! I truly recommend Billy as your host!

What an absolute GEM! We enjoyed everything about this little slice of heaven. Description and pictures are accurate! Although it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are unmatched! We enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets. The fire bowl kept us cozy on cool evenings. Lots of cool birds to listen to and watch. Such a perfect place to relax, unwind and connect with nature. Close enough to Vineyards/restaurants/grocery. Would recommend Stone Brewery and Highland Valley Winery. We hope to visit this magical place again :)

The AirBnb far exceeded our expectations!!! It was convenient to the Pier, the SC Trail, restaurants, shopping, and Casa Romantica. Every little detail was taken care of…emergency kit, wine on the table when we arrived, every cooking utensil you can imagine, toiletries, Peloton app (yoga supplies), etc. We felt like we were at home! Cathy, Pete and Taylor addressed all our needs and requests! We will definitely be returning to this charming abode in the Village by the Sea!

This place is so great! We stayed with a couple of small children and even though it is very close to the beach it is also super safe with gates on every exit and codes to each gate. They have a locker full of beach toys and a wagon so you don’t need to bring your own! We loved this place and will definitely be coming back when in Oceanside. The location is so perfect as it is so walkable to everything!! And there is a playground on the sand!!

Wonderful peaceful location with a great Mexican restaurant right around the corner! The outdoor spaces are especially nice and we really loved that it was pet friendly. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was our second visit and we will certainly look to book their place again in the future.
