Oceanfront ground level one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, full bath and a balcony at the beautiful Compass Cove Resort. The condo has 1 queen size bed and 1 full size sofabed, two TV's with free WiFi, cable and parking. Coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, no need for luggage cart, vehicle can be temporarily parked 7 feet from front door. The balcony gate is 40 feet from the beach 20 feet to the pool or lazy river and 12 feet to the grilles with picnic tables with umbrellas

The beach is steps away through our exclusive access. The whole building is only 6 units- very peaceful, not like the hub-bub of Myrtle Beach. Second floor, no elevator...Restaurants, bars, golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, are all close by. We have added a ring door camera outside unit. Beautiful newly renovated modern space right on the beach. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. 1/4 mile from Garden City Pier, walking distance to bars, restaurants, fishing, surfing, arcade. No need for shoes! Walk right on to the beach! Mature, respectful guests welcome to enjoy our space. Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.
