Apartment for cyclists, boaters and water sports enthusiasts and those who want to become one. A holiday apartment is rented out, about 100 square meters directly at the harbor Großräschen. The apartment has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, cozy living room, extensively equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and a separate toilet. A large balcony with lake view invites you to relax. The Großräschener Hafen (probably 2021 opening) is part of the Lusatian Lake District, which includes Lake Senftenberg. There are about 10-12 flooded day buildings, which are connected by superrippers (currently still partly under construction). Countless kilometers of paved bike trails around the lakes or through the forests make the Lusatian lakes a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, skaters and hikers. Numerous other activities are possible: jet ski rental, horseback riding, quad and jeep tours, canoeing, sailing and of course swimming on fine sandy beaches. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lusitz Ring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100 km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are possible.

By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.

We rent our beloved house with water plot in Bindow-Süd on the Dahme. With jetty for swimming. Boat house with three 1-person kayaks and a 2-person canoe. There is an inflatable stand-up board. The house (70sqm) consists of the small conservatory, living room with Sweden stove, small, simply furnished kitchen, the attic and the bedroom, see floor plan. First row of beach right on the lake with views of the water in the distance. Sunsets from the terrace overlooking the F60. The house has a hot tub and sauna. The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

The cottage 1+2 is located on its own property with 1000 m² . The cottages have an area of approx. 43m². It is about 50 m to the swimming beach. Restaurants are very close to Greek about 50 m German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy about 600 m. To the train station about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes in the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes in Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.
