Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.

Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.
