Beautiful little house that can accommodate 4 people, overlooking a lovely garden. It has a private bathroom with all the amenities, and it's also very centrally located. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from the Santo Domingo church and the tourist promenade. Beautiful "Casita" for up to 5 people overloking beautiful garden, it has private bath with hot water 24/7. We are located in a quiet neibhborhood just 10 minutes walking from downtown. Very close to the Santo Domingo

Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Fully equipped, 2 floors studio-apartment. Cozy, bright, fresh, silent and clean. Stove-oven, microwave, plenty of space in the fridge, cofeemaker and cooking supplies. Cedar furniture. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. Beautiful house with an excellent and strategic location, ideal for exploring the 3 tourist areas of Oaxaca on foot. It is located in one of the safest areas of the city of Oaxaca, just a 3-minute drive from the Jalatlaco neighborhood (7-minute walk), a 5-minute drive from the historic center (12-minute walk) and a 5-minute drive from Xochimilco (10-minute walk). The house is remodeled, very spacious and has a beautiful garden and decoration inspired by the magueyes.
