Monthly Rentals in Oatman

Maria was communicative and flexible with us when we had to make last minute changes. The home was very clean and as described. Neighborhood was very comfortable and quiet.

Location was in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by mountains. My son stayed 34 days and it suited his needs perfectly. Host was very accommodating to our last minute changes.

We spent 7 weeks here while waiting to close on our new home. We came into Bullhead City hot, tired and hungry after a long 4 day move from the east coast. I let Domminic know before we got there that I work from home and needed upgraded internet. He graciously provided that for me. We were very pleasantly surprised at the effort Domminic put into making it a welcoming place. And he was always quick to respond. This is an adorable 2 bedroom (feels like 3) home with a charming cottage feel. The 2 bathrooms ensured husband and I were never each other's way. The home is well appointed: washer, dryer, dishwasher, keurig, etc. The bed in the master is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. If you have back problems like me, you know how important this is. The neighborhood is very quiet, but still close to everything. Also Walmart, Sam's Club, and Uber Eats all deliver here. Whenever family or friends come to town, we will be sure to check the availability here first. An amazing stay.

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!
