Beautiful home and a very responsive host. The unheated pool was a bit cold still in March, but it was very clean and we still had plenty of fun. The outdoor space was great. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of blankets and pillows. We really appreciated having some of the basics provided in the kitchen as well.

Unit is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It's in a quad of 4 units with a courtyard in the middle. The unit was recently renovated and was spotless throughout. The entire kitchen was new including cabinets, appliances and counter. The bathroom also had new combo bathtub/shower and sink/vanity. Even the pots, pans and silverware appeared to be new. Sergio went to extra effort to have a large water pitcher waiting in the refrigerator with a note "drinking water". That was much appreciated. We only stayed over-night on our trip back east, but we were very happy with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Ryan's home is clean and well decorated. He is thoughtful of the guest and added touches of welcome from the beginning. Ryan is easy to communicate with. The home is just how you see it in the pictures and had enough space for 12 of us. The bathroom was slightly small for me, but I'm slightly larger and that's pretty much my own preference. Again, thanks Ryan for lending your home to us.

What an incredible place Corey and Lora have! The house was incredible and so nice as well as the view! The beds were so comfortable and Corey and Lora went above and beyond and were so helpful and cool I wish we were able to stay for more than one day. 15/10 would book again if we’re ever back in town and highly recommend this place!

This was our fifth time at Adam's place. It is an amazing property with so many amenities. It is extremely clean with everything that you can think of provided and then some extras. It feels like home away from home. They now have an outdoor table with a fire pit. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the river. They have most things you would need for the river. It is also close to several good restaurants, golf courses and the casinos. Adam and family go above and beyond to ensure everything about your stay is 5 star. They are willing to help out with anything you request or need. They accept feedback and are always willing to help and listen to suggestions. It is truly a pleasure to stay at this property. They are very responsive, Being able to use the garage and have an opener is also a plus. We hope to visit again when we are in the Bullhead City area. You will be extremely pleased if you book this location.

Gorgeous 5-Star Home on the Lake, Heroes Retreat!

We have stayed in this gated community before so we are very familiar with the area and this is partially why we chose this particular home. This home however stood out in its cleanliness and comfort level. The furnishings were top notch and our family felt like we were at home. Appreciated having the coffee pods available and being responsive when we had questions. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Hidden Gem 1 bed cottage gated River, Pool $1498

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Very well stocked for long term stays, in ~5 weeks total the only household item I had to even purchase was some more paper towels. Host is super friendly and responsive. Overall an excellent value for the price paid. The only downside at all was the Internet connectivity going out a few times, which is more on the local (wireless) ISP than anything; when it was working however it was pretty decent (50 Mbps symmetrical), though if you're a remote worker (like myself) you should definitely have a 5G backup available (5G service in that location is quite good, over 100 Mbps most of the time).

I absolutely loved staying at this spot! I rented it for my birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is beautifully decorated, super clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood perfect for relaxing. The AC was ice cold, WiFi works great. Dawn was an amazing host: responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’m already planning to book again this summer!

As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated the extra care and warm hospitality—it made me feel very welcomed. The price is also very reasonable for such a fun and unique experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We were in town visiting family for the weekend. The location worked well for our needs. A car is a must though in Mohave Valley. The property was extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very nice laundry area. Close to Oatman(donkeytown) and about 10-12 minutes to grocery stores. Host was very responsive and we would highly recommend the property to those visiting the area!

This was the second time we have stayed in this particular home . As always the host was more than generous and communicative, the amenities were beyond our expectations. A short walk to the beach (river) and in a lovely little neighborhood close to a beautiful golf course and all the local shopping. We will def be staying here every time we come into bullhead city !

We stayed for several weeks for a nearby work project and had a good experience. The kitchen is great for cooking and has loads of appliances and tools. Two large smart TVs were nice to use, and the location is convenient to shopping. The bathrooms were clean and it was great to be able to have my pup. The internet providers in this area have a lot of interruptions, and for some reason we weren't able to get cell reception inside the house, but everything else worked well. Jodi was very responsive and checking in and out were simple. Plenty of space for us to. park and easy to receive packages and visitors. A great value for the space. Thanks!

Me and my family had the perfect weekend at Rachel's place! The house was steps from the river, and had its own dock which made it perfect for a chill weekend by the river. Rachel was very responsive and provided everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is our second stay at the Beach House and we had a great time. The home is immaculate and has all the amenities you need. My family loves the nature right outside the backyard; rabbits and quail were daily visitors. Chris is an amazing host that is always responsive. We look forward to staying again next year!

This is the perfect place for golfers. Loved watching them golf. Christopher place was clean, very well stocked with spices and every baking dish you would want. There are plenty of flatware and dishes in the kitchen. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The garage was a real asset. The hot tub was wonderful on the colder days, just the right temp. All in all I hope we can return.
