Our stay at Philip’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. It felt like a home away from home, with everything thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. What truly stood out, however, was Philip’s kindness and support throughout our time there. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made our experience even more special. His hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed. We had a great long-term stay at this place, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is near the lake, surrounded by trees. It is within walking distance of Bell Blvd, where you can find restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The place is well-decorated and very clean. Evan is a very responsive and helpful host. We definitely recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay during my month-long clinical rotation & overall, it was a good experience. Nisha was an excellent communicator, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The parking situation was very convenient, with free street parking available and I was also able to park in the driveway, which was a huge bonus. The only minor issue I encountered was with cleanliness. When I arrived, it seemed like the space could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom floor, particularly the shower, could have used more cleaning, and the rug appeared as if it hadn't been vacuumed. Additionally, I found a muffin pan left in the oven that hadn't been cleaned for a while. Bed initially had a strand of hair so I had to clean that with a lint roller. Despite cleanliness concerns, the overall stay was comfortable. I would recommend it for those doing a clinical rotation near by.

My husband and I came to NY from Puerto Rico for a medical procedure, we stayed for 3 months. Would’ve stayed longer, but the place was already booked and although Richard was accommodating us into another apt, it didn’t work out due to stairs.We really felt at home in Richard’s place and he was extremely helpful and available whenever we needed him. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend Richard’s place, you will love this place. Very quiet with a Comfortable bed, couch and many closets. The area is spectacular with many different ethnic restaurants, a very peaceful quiet place. Thank you Richard for making our stay a peaceful and comfortable one. We will definitely be back next summer.
