Comfortable house with everything we needed. The parking really only suits a small car, so it was a tight fit. Appreciate the 11am checkout time.

We stayed at Karl’s place and had a wonderful time. The home has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. They also have the most adorable cat! There are beautiful villages nearby—like Clovelly, Lynton, and Lynmouth—all within easy driving distance. The setting is calm and homely, with the lovely sound of birds singing all around. Upon our arrival, the hosts warmly welcomed us with biscuits, local butter, milk, and other thoughtful touches—it was much appreciated.Thank you so much.

Such a lovely home in a beautiful location. The setting is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have dry weather so made the most of being outside. There's plenty of outdoor seating, the hot tub was wonderful and we also enjoyed a bit of outdoor table tennis! The house is lovely and spacious. Beds all comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few essentials we felt, such as a decent frying pans, large mixing bowls, but there's plenty of crockery and glasses. Charlotte was very quick to respond to any messages. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

5 of us stayed at Sausage Cottage for a long weekend and we absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was just like the photos in fact better. Both checking-in and checking-out was super easy and communication with Genevieve was easy and she provided great local recommendations. The bedrooms are spaced out so you never feel on top of each other which was great whilst staying as group, you could be together or find a quiet place for some quite time. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. We had beautiful early spring weather and enjoyed the garden and then the cozy fire in the living room in the evenings. The location is beautiful with great walks from the doorstop or just a short drive to the wild horses of exmoor. We also enjoyed meeting the locals at the local pub and felt very welcomed.
