Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Welcome to our charming vacation rental on a small farm surrounded by open fields, woods, and peaceful nature. The second-floor apartment consists of: a large, bright living room with comfortable furniture, including a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children; a nice dining area with a beautiful view of our garden; a fully equipped kitchen; 1 bedroom; a bathroom; a balcony; a private entrance; and private parking. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.
