Also nice views from the living room and the large barbecue area. There is a large parking lot and a detached grass track, where there is the possibility for a lot of activities. The house is installed with ventilation systems. The hot tub is equipped with a large heater. On the lower floor there is table tennis, extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

Guest room with double bed (140 cm) Lovely undisturbed terrace and garden. 1 km to shopping. 500 m to beech forest with running and Mtb trails. 2 km to fjord and marina. 1.5 km to Holbæk Golf Club. 3.5 km to the city center

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is plenty of space and quiet surroundings. The wood stove invites you to enjoy the dark winter evenings with crackling and good music from one of the two systems that provide fantastic sound to the living room. Outside, there are fantastic surroundings in the summer, where the garden invites you to have outdoor food on the grill or over the fireplace. Later in the evening, the sunset or the starry sky at night is indescribably beautiful.
