Der er stor parkeringsplads og fritliggende græsbane, hvor der er mulighed for en del aktiverer. Huset er installeret med ventilationsanlæg med micro filter. spabadet er udstyret med stort varmelegeme. I underetagen er der bordtennis , ekstra køkken, projektor 100" med tv tilsluttede programmer.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).
