The house is located on a large plot and has a lovely wild and unspoiled garden to the south. There is an outdoor fireplace for evening fun on the terrace, and a Weber grill Playhouse for the small children in the garden, as well as berry bushes and herbs in the garden NOTE: A new entrance has been arranged, and a completely new bathroom has been built where there was previously a junior chamber. Cottage at Lejre Vig. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is located in the 1st row to Roskilde Fjord with its own swimming bridge. Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and a small rowing boat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on a ship's bunk. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, garfish and mackerel. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

Cozy guesthouse down to the water on private property. Here nature can be enjoyed from the cabin. The cabin has a toilet/bath and loft with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen and heat pump. In the summer, paddle boards and kayaks can be borrowed. There is also the possibility of a fire. Wide selection of food via wolt delivery and sauna/bath bridge 5 min walk from here Note: brand new mattresses/bed and DKK 375 for use of the hot tub. This must be known before arrival.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The house is ideal for family fun, days by the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fire pit draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 pers respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are table tennis tables, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 almost goes right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.

Skønt sommerhus kun 1 times kørsel fra København. Sommerhuset ligger i 2. Række til Lammefjorden. Huset er bygget i 2023 med en stor nyanlagt terrasse, hvorfra man kan nyde udsigten til fjorden. Huset ligger i et lille sommerhusområde, hvor der er masser af ro og mulighed for at slappe af i smukke omgivelser på landet. Udover sommerhuset er der et pænt anneks, hvor der er plads til to-tre overnattende gæster, udover de fire sovepladser der er i huset.

The main house holds a big living room connected to the kitchen, and three bedrooms. Further more there’s a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped. The cabin is one big room with a double + single bed.
